"Marvel's Ant-Man" Feature Pre-Release Discussion, Part Two (Spoilers)

Yeah, I'm really wondering what those could be about...
there's a mention of the possible first reference to Spider-Man, but I'm not sure if, timing wise, Marvel could have fit in Spider-Man for a post-credit cameo .

I'd say confirmation that Janet might be alive would be important, but I'm a fan so I'm obviously biased :p.

I remember that rumor for that Ross scene with Hank setting up Civil War. That would probably work, especially since it would be the first time Ross has been seen in the MCU since The Incredible Hulk ;).

I'm cool with anything after the lame AoU one. Be it Spidey, Ross, Janet, maybe even another comedic actor Rudd has worked with. Be cool.

Grain of salt from Heroic Hollywood (though they did break all the AOU concept art) but their claim is (DO NOT READ IS YOU WANT TO REMAIN UNSPOILED):

Stinger #1: Hope gets the Wasp suit from her father, who finally gives her his blessing to become a hero like her mom.

Stinger #2: Captain America and the Falcon have tracked Winter Soldier to an outpost where he is being held prisoner. They realize they're not going to be able to take the complex by themselves. Right before the scene fades to black, Falcon (who had met Scott earlier in the film per the rumors) says "He knows a guy" who can get in.

To bad we're probably going to have to wait until Infinity War to see Lilly suit up.

Kevin Feige debunked it. Said it was just a generic line, not a reference.

Would be cool if in Infinity War we got an establishing shot of the original Avengers line up now.

That would be awesome :D!

Be just like that scene in X-Men Evolution .

Granted, it won't be Hank or Janet in there, but seeing Ant-Man and Wasp in-costume and together with Iron Man, Hulk, and Thor would be great :).

It seems a TV spot has shown a brief glimpse of Falcon.

The Avenger who will be appearing in Ant-Man is ......
The Falcon! He is in a You-Tube ad.

I feel like that is a must, and I agree that would be amazing to see after all these years. I hope we at least get all of them together in part two. However the team members I want to see are:

Iron Man
Hulk
Thor
Captain America
Ant-Man
Wasp

Seeing how the roster will be expanded to include:

Black Widow
Hawkeye
War Machine
Falcon
Scarlet Witch
Black Panther
Captain Marvel

In addition to Inhumans and Guardians it better be epic. I kinda fear we won't see the original roster like we'd like. I do hope so though.

I seen the film last week and it ture.

Well Scott evidentially isn't good at interviews or letting things go. He really should've left the car alone :p.

I paid more attention to the news feed. I guess Netflix stock is down in a world were they don't have Daredevil.

Considering the movie's out now, and by out I mean for general fans as I've seen it, I'm guessing that in like less then a hour once the talkback thread goes up we'll finally have another pre-release thread closed down. So for all of you who have been here it's been an honor and yeah though not my personal favorite of the Avengers tie in movie (actually one of my least favorite honestly) I'd still recommend checking it out when you can.

The news ticker continues to have interesting references.
*Steve Rogers to attend updated museum exhibit dedicated to his heroic efforts in WWII

That one made me chuckle since he y'know stole the suit off the mannequin.

*California continues efforts to address issues from record drought

*Stark Industries announces new scholarships for promising students from urban city schools

Made me think of Peter Parker.

*Multiple countries recovering from catastrophic damage caused by sentient robot Ultron. Leaders asking for aid, and for the Avengers to be held accountable.

*Senate hearings expected to continue into next week regarding relief efforts.

*Tony Stark says that public concerns about Dr. Bruce Banner are "baseless" and "irresponsible" after the South Africa incident involving the Hulk.

*Pym Technologies CEO Darren Cross says "astonishing" new venture coming this week.

Nice summary of yesterday's WIRED inverview.

*Winning lottery ticket of $675 million still unclaimed.

*Biography "The Life and Times of Industrialist Howard Stark" to be published later this year.

*Efforts to recover the remaining Ultron technology continue, as components from the advanced robotics are capturing large sums on the black market.

Yeah, that was one thing I was wondering about.

As for interview itself, hilarious. Nice bit of Everhart mentioning WHiH was around for 20 years and name dropping the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. as a 'security breach', Sokovia and a reference to IM1 with Tony in Gulmira.

EDIT: Just posted the Talkback thread. I'll leave this one open for a few in case those that don't see it right away but still want to talk about something have a place to post.

Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
