Well, this isn't the right episode. Cartoon Network's XML did imply "The Saint" would air, but I didn't give it much attention because the other data didn't support it.

This is episode was pretty good. Gumball's trolling has reached phenomenal levels.

Looks like Alan is always happy and nice because he knows everything will turn out all right for him. He's like Job from the Bible.

It's still not funny and it's only gonna lead the show down the same path as The Fairly Oddparents.

Sweet/hilarious episode,

The highlights:

Gumball being an obnoxious punk mocking Darwin was funny.
Nice to see Alan/Carmen, the best couple.
Alan being the saint/protecting friend with the realistic face was funny.
Gumball trolling/proving that Alan is not perfect was so hilarious, hahahahahahaha.
Nice to see Tobias, Carrie, and Teri.
Carmen's jealousy streak was hilarious, hahahahahaha.
Alan hates squeaky noises and Gumball trolling was funny, hahahahahaha, everything made me laugh throughout the episode, hahahahaha.

It's still not funny and it's only gonna lead the show down the same path as The Fairly Oddparents.

Agreed - and seeing as I still actually like this show, I don't want to have to drop it like a dirty rock if it gets too mean - spirited and unfunny... But I will I was able to do so like FOP and Spongebob (then again, with those shows, THAT WAS EASY FOR ME, unlike this one!).

This episode was just plain bad. We had Gumball constantly harassing Alan even though the balloon saved his ass from getting detention. The second half of the episode was a major improvement though, but still not as good as it could've been.

And what I can't believe is that Gumball still has 0 merchandise while they keep churning episodes out like this.
