Does anyone know toonami ratings from last week?

They mixed the Tom v3.0 and the Tom v4.0 bumpers together.

Tom v3.0 used that HORRIBLE Gothic font in all the bumpers (who the heck thought that was a good idea?).

Color wise, the Tom v4.0 bumpers all have the Red / White look to them. where as the Tom v3.0 all used the dark teal colors and black colors with white font.

I think a lot of people will agree the v4.0 bumpers are great --- its just Tom and his side kicks were more of a "WTF?".

PERSONALLY, I like everything about Tom v2.0 better. The "bridge" looked cooler, Sara looked cooler as an AI on the screens then a manifestation or hologram walking around and Tom v2.0 himself looked pretty decent all around. Heck, I honestly don't really know what the difference between Tom 2.0 and Tom v3.0 is actually.


The difference is almost minimal between Tom v2.0 and Tom v3.0 save size. I don't think I have strong feelings either way.

Thomas the Tank Engine can stay forgotten, hopefully buried under 1000 decaying anacars and train engines.

I guess I really am the only person in the world that actually liked Tom 4.0

Personally, I kind of hope if they want something, they'll reskin the block initially to try to get interest up while they work on a completely new bumper package and schedule intended to be released at the end of the summer.

That could work, but I think I'd rather they wait until everything is ready and really start with a bang. I'd worry that by just reskinning the block for now they would lose some of the more casual viewers before the full relaunch hit. I think part of the reason April 1st worked so well was because it was a big impact all in one night and by waiting until everything is ready hopefully that effect could be recreated.

(Also, while I can't say I was a big fan of the look of TOM 4, I really liked the gothic font from the earlier era. That's not to say I want to see it again though. It's been done and Toonami should keep moving forward.)

Upon rewatching that it occurs to me just how wrongfully quiet and lacking beats those bumpers were.. very un-Toonami.

Yeah I didn't like the red and white look either. Bumpers were way too short and overdependent on the same stock footage over and over (thanks additional ad time! >_<)

That definitely is something. Considering how quickly that Twitter campagin went, I thought that they would make some kind of comment about it. The idea of Toonami coming back feels more like a strong possibility to me now, so that's kind of cool.

Adult Swim Is Looking Into Bringing Toonami Back

Yesterday Adult Swim said during one of the bumps that there looking into it.

So defintely don't give up not when were so close.

Heck if we keep it up it will come back sooner rather than later.

Hey, Toonami Digital Arsenal staff i.e. Tyler, Beefy, Zogg; on the off chance that you happen to see this post:

I've been wondering if you guys happen to have at least the TOM clips somewhere of back when he was introducing some music videos for Toonami. I know there was at least him saying "Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it" (a Vanilla Ice reference) to I think an Amon Tobin video, as well as wasn't there a Toonami video for IGPX to "Everything is Under Control" by...i'm not sure? Wouldn't it be potentially alright to post those at this point? I know you guys held off since they were official videos before. Maybe I can find them on youtube or something but I kinda got the hankering to see them again, idk.

A cool but rather odd promo. Politics (video games), religion (skateboarding) art (action cartoons). I guess they were saying those were their politics, religion and art.
