As the last time Cartoon Network genuinely made an effort to regularly advertise both shows and push them, how did Regular Time Adventure Show (running from April to May 2016) fare?

Given they really tried hard in pushing both shows on the block with a solid Saturday night premiere timeslot, seems this really was the last time they went all out in pushing both Adventure Time and Regular Show before both shows fell to the wayside with the former losing the rerun slots by June and eventually no longer being advertised anymore (until the series finale and Minecraft special) and the lattter only getting the most minimal promotion. Did the block do so bad that it made Cartoon Network think no one likes those two shows anymore?

How did this last attempt at pushing Regular Show and Adventure Time fare for people?

Honestly I was unaware that this was a thing.

I hope Side Quests and Lost Tapes revives this block

You know in a way I always saw Adventure Time and Regular show as Cartoon Network's late 90s/early 2000's equivalents of The Powerpuff Girls and Ed Edd n Eddy, so honestly though I do remember this being advertised as a thing I thought of it more as that big classic "Boy Girl" marathon they did for PPG/EEE back in the day Like Mid 1999 as it's when EEE was only in it's first season.

But I guess this was more actually trying to just generally promote the two shows not as just one marathon but in yeah moving it to this spot with actual premieres. I do feel though by the time this came out both shows were in their endgame preperation anyway; I mean Regular Show ended in January 2017 and it's pretty clear J.G Quintel was planning for RS to end there and yeah AT was starting it's 8th season and also starting prepping ideas that would lead to it's original wrap up as well. So I don't feel bad this attempt at cross promotion didn't net the show a lot more seasons or episodes as like they were already preparing to leave. Plus you have to remember AT and RS expanded far beyond pretty much any other Cartoon Network original which usually tapped out at most six seasons so getting 8 or 10 is still a big deal.

I will say it is funny in hindsight seeing this again knowing both shows are coming back/came back in some form and though I doubt they'll bring back this branding when the CN takes on the spinoffs come cool that spirit is still in a sense still there.

Sure was a nice experiment. Even though at the end this didn't work well especially since they didn't even air reruns outside this block. The only reason why I say it was actually a nice block is for this reason. Like some others said I actually have forgotten about this for a while but my memories came back now.

Find it hard to beleive how this upcoming set has more than one normally-considered "politically incorrect" cartoon in new restoration form..

I'm not Canadian but I'm kind of upset that Teletoon became Cartoon Network Canada.
It's official: I have now preordered GTA VI for PlayStation 5; the more expensive and feature-complete Ultimate Edition of the game, that is. I also intend to buy a PS5 Slim optical drive next month (EDIT: Done!) in the hopes of maybe indirectly convincing SIE to reverse its controversial plans to go all-digital on all post–Jan 2028 PS console games, even though GTA VI is a digital-only game.
Happy anniversary to "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout".
