The newest retelling of the classic J.M. Barrie story “Peter Pan” has landed another pirate for a role with Garrett Hedlund [“Troy”, “Friday Night Lights”, Tron: Legacy” and “Inside Llewyn Davis”] playing the role of Captain Hook. Previously, Hugh Jackman had been lined up for the role of another pirate – Blackbeard – in the 3D live-action remake of the classic, though the lead role of Pan has yet to be cast.
“Pan” is currently scheduled to be released on July 17, 2015.
