I still hate the fact their screwing Tim over AGAIN
I haven't really been reading Zero Year (I know, I know), but from what I gather, Bruce started out when he was around the ages of 24-27. He did spend many years training abroad just to learn how to become the Batman. 6 years following that, he would be in his 30's (although, I guess you could take away some time, maybe an entire year, as he was dead for some time). Still, this is why, in the New 52, I view Bruce and Dick's bond to be less father-son, and more brotherly. I feel like, with the age difference of about 10 years, it parallels the bond between Dick and Damian.I was just talking about this with someone. Even if I buy the the Robins didn't last long and their careers were rushed, Batman is only in his late twenties here right. That would make him only like 7 or 8 years older than Robin. Strange. But even more so is that He has to be even younger. Why? Cause War implied that they've only been at it for several months at the longest. If Bruce became Batman at 21 or something, that would make him only 22 or 23. Which throws everything off. No way he met, trained and crammed all the Robins in that time. and I say he's gotta be young cause he people still talk about him as a myth. There's no way he and Robin are that secretive. Literally YEARS and people still aren't sure if he's real or maybe a vampire or something? Come on now. And then also, there's no way they've been around for that long and still haven't met each other. There wouldn't be years-long gaps between alien invasions in the DC universe. Perhaps this is set in the future or something. That would make sense. Nobody said it had to take place right after the events of War. Could just be years later in the time line. Otherwise, there's going to be a lot of time problems. I'm sure they know what they're doing but...

Remember the general public doesn't even know there's more than one Robin. If this movie actually said there were 4 Robin's, peoples heads would explode.
They probably have their work cut out for them explaining that Dick became Nightwing, so the middle two Robin will be ignored.
these movies arent aimed toward the general public... theyre made for comic book fans
Are they? Comic book fans aren't exactly a huge demo. They need to get casual viewers interested.
In Under The Red Hood, that is a non-issue since it was only Dick Grayson and Jason Todd. And the movie is a stand alone story. In the comics, Todd came after Grayson. With Son of Batman, it's part of an ongoing continuity and it deals with two Robin's that aren't in direct succession. Grayson was the first Robin and Damian was the fifth Robin in the comics. And we don't have a real grasp on the timeline of this ongoing continuity either just a baseline from what's been said in the New 52 comics, which as you can ascertain from the current discussion seems problematic. But they had no problem featuring Nightwing in Under the Red Hood...
If that were the case, they would do what marvel is doing with their "Iron man hulk heroes united" stuff to try to leech off the success of the live action films, and not adapt comic book stories that the general public doesn't know about. I mean obviously they want to attract the average joe, but i don't think it's their main focus based on the types stories they tell. (random note, best buy puts these pg-13 movies in the kids section)
Yeah, felt like I've seen this scene before or pieces of it already. The DC All Access part was disappointing, was a fluff piece. I thought they were going to ask a bit more hard hitting questions but what was I thinking?Neat clip, though I was expecting something more exciting to be shown. Still, the voice acting sounds pretty good to me.
It's a secret for now. I would guess his daughter Rebecca.Who is the woman with Langstrom?
