I haven't seen this yet, the Blu-Ray isn't release until the 5th of May, but who did the animation for the movie? I don't see the Mad House logo on the cover, so I'm assuming it's Dong Woo or some place of the like!
Unfortunately, have to agree with sentiment more or less. On first viewing, this was rather mediocre. I'll give it another shot in the days to come. It feels like this movie was set up for a hopefully better Batman movie set up in this continuity.
I do admit some nice geography bits
Going to Interlaken or the coordinates Deathstroke gave Damian was accurate if you plug into a Google Map search.
And the movie pretty does it job in canon building with expanding on Gotham City and Batman's supporting cast where as in War we had a quick jaunt with Batman and Green Lantern. More thoughts later.
Since this is suppose to be in the same continuity with JL War, were there any nods or mentions of War or mentions of other Supers or time frame between War in this???

As a followup to your question now that I've seen the movie:
He's referred to as "Slade" "Slade Wilson" and "Deathstroke" in the movie.
No, no, no, and no. The only real indicators this took place after War that I noticed so far is
implication at best. Batman's costume is slightly tweaked from the one in War and the GCPD openly work with Batman instead of shooting at him.
On the question about credits teasers,
No, it's just deleted stills from the Nightwing and Damian battle.
So looking at the ads, in terms of exclusive versions there are two:
-Target has the Steelbook edition, as always.
-Best Buy has a Deathstroke figure included
Thank you, Romania, we thought the film will never see the light of day here. Still, why are you waiting some more and launching the film days later than in good ol America?
Today marks the 5th Year Anniversary of the HD Version of Skyward Sword. I appreciated how the HD Version of the game included quality of life improvements such as the option to use button controls.
