"Stripperella" comes to Cartoon Network and Boomerang

In an effort to keep butts in seats, Turner has acquired former TNN animated comedy Stripperella about an erotic superheroine. They plan to run the show weekdays at 3 on Cartoon Network and then nightly on Boomerang in hour blocks at 6pm and 11pm which replaces What's New Scooby-Doo.

Let's face it, CN and Boomerang need action, this has action. Good move, Turner.

Cartoon Network sold to Media Ákos

A new Hungarian media group, Media Ákos, has acquired Cartoon Network for the price of $6.000.000.
The group, led by Ákos Abonyi (@Ákos97HU), established in January 2014, has decided to change the strategy of Cartoon Network and split the Hungarian feed from CN CEE.
Ákos also wants to change the schedules at his own will.
