No, it's for pretty much every market in Europe that has SkyShowtime (including Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, which outright used to have Paramount+ before SkyShowtime was officially launched).

And no, there is no guarantee that the Paramount merger with WBD will automatically lead to Paramount+ getting launched in more European markets.

I'm not seeing this merger fails. Like come on Ellison is 100% sure this mergers will happen I never saw a guy like him to be 100% sure also I don't think he even cares for the lawsuits against this merger.

One thing for sure is that Nick and CN are not merging. Paramount has no problem running channels with extremely low ratings. They are going to keep two major kids' channels.
