Because people tend to get bored with what they have and start praising something they don't.

I'm sure a lot of Americans would take their word back if they actually saw the EMEA feeds.

My opinion is that WE mogs US any day. Not nearly as boring branding, a decent schedule, not on for less than half the day, actually has original stuff coming up…

Another thing that could make WE a superior feed in Europe would be having some action shows like Justice League Action,Ben 10 Omniverse and Idk anything related to action
CEE...lacks in schedule and lots of censorship (if those would be fixred those they could be at the same level as WE)

if it was 2017 i would get it but it's 2026 now obviously WE and even Africa are better than the US but as for the rest I don't think so i mean even those two feeds are not completely perfect (censorship)

Africa actually has some action shows on the schedule like Teen Titans probably the only emea feed to do so in the modern time

It’s been widely known that the US themselves have been censoring shows for years, since at least 2008.

I haven't seen any difficulties on other feeds recently

So it might just be Sky or you

The Romanian feed of Cartoon Network had lots of audio (and even video) glitches, especially in March and late-April. Unfortunately those glitches were present on all providers, I was able to compare the feeds on Orange and Digi. Curiously, it's the only WBD channel with such problems.

I think a compromise, definitely.

Yes, CN US does have less censorship, the presence of Adult Swim is debatable (clearly not all CNs can be like the CN US version, VERY different history) and so on, but there are so many aspects where CN US lags behind (like branding) it's not even funny.

CN US has long stopped being the better CN version, CN WE is miles better, although still not perfect.
Even Adult Swim is a fraction of what it was

There was topic about new rebrand for CN and how paramount will stop it. I want to point that we are not gonna see rebrand of CN soon because the company is completely mess last years and every feed is using different rebrand.

Yeah I know but there was someone that said he thinks CN still is going to rebrand but the merger will probably stop that. I want to say with the merger without the merger is the same I don't think they were going to rebrand anytime soon because as I said the company is mess last years.

I'm still waiting for Italy to go to WE it desperately needs it I've seen people say things about CN UK going to WE but obviously not (could use more effort in things like the scheduling though same with CEE)

The US and European feeds are two different universes in two different mindsets that administration after administration (Turner, WarnerMedia, WBD) doesn't pick up the pieces to make a coherent global team.

I think most people have stopped expecting something too exciting for Cartoon Network, especially the struggling times ahead for linear TV.

The same shows repeated far too often throughout the day, not even the new Gumball is there.

It's the same kind of "the grass is greener on the other side" reasoning Europeans have for the US feed, but these days, I just can't see in any imaginable way.

Plus, not every EMEA feed is the same

I give CN US this at least it has a better schedule then 2017-2021 everything else just screams that the team got laid off at least the European channels aren't that autopilot

it has gotten to a point where they are reusing promos from the European team

CN LA seems to be just as autopilot as the US (I mean they don't even mention time slots anymore) with a mediocre branding too
