I think one of their plans are is to have duel screens that all you have to do with your 'left' and 'right' button on the remote is to hear both languages! Cartoon Network launched new versions today.

Today, Cartoon Network Kazakhstan launched with help from KTK and NTK. The channel will air in Russian with Kazakh subtitles or lectoring.

Today on cable TV providers in Bugio, the Portuguese version of Cartoon Network was replaced by a Bugiese version of the channel, which combines the schedules of various European feeds. It will have local advertising.
The feed will also be available in Bolanga and Esta ilha aqui.

Cartoon Network premieres Clarence spin-off, "Clarence"

In 1937, on the day of King George VI's coronation, Clarence Sale, a myopic removal man is clearing the house of a snooty upper-class lady who is moving abroad. There, he meets Jane Travers, her maid. The pair are mutually attracted and soon Clarence proposes to her. Jane decides that they should have a trial period of living together in a small cottage she has been given in an inheritance to see if they are compatible, with a bolster in the bed to preserve her chasteness. The series followed this unconventional relationship, as well as Clarence's attempts at his furniture-moving profession.
