Almost October no news on Ben 10: Omniverse returning. I heard the big two parter event of "And Than There Were None" and "And Than There Was Ben" is going to air in Hungary in a couple of weeks from now, we are falling behind the rest of the world. This is furstrating, is Omniverse going to get the treatment Legend Of Korra is currently getting on Nickelodeon or how Generator Rex was treated in its past with all remaining episode released on I Tunes and than later run off in early morning weekday time slot.

I think that Ben 10 provides them with too much merchandise sales for Cartoon Network to give the series a digital release. We should hear about the series returning soon since they usually like premiering episodes in October.

The show may push a toyline, but does it really need to air on TV to do that? I'm aware that the franchise is HUGE in foreign markets, but I don't know how popular the show is in the States, or how well the toy sales here.
But there's nothing wrong with a show "falling behind". I fail to see any real ramfications from this, otherwise networks would ensure it'd never happen, because it happens a lot and has been happening for years now.
Though it'd be interesting to see if Ben 10 Omniverse will get the same treatment Nick gives TMNT by airing an episode on their website a week before it airs.

I'm indifferent on this. I was never fan of the show other than the original series, but this sucks for the fans of the show.

I was just wondering about this on the walk home. I noticed that it's not airing reruns on Boomerang anymore and even my local ToysRus got rid of it's section in the action figure aisle.
I know it's still got a season/story arc or 2 on the books, because I remember a presenter at ToyFair was talking about the stuff planned for next year to coincide with the show and the series anniversary.

Having a Cartoon Network without Ben 10 is like having a Jeep without a lift kit, it just seems wrong. Seriously, CN not airing new Ben 10 would all but ring the death toll for action cartoons on their network, and that's something I don't want to see happen.

Death for action cartoons is just one coincidence that gives me that bad aftertaste of Nick and Korra. Another thing to note is that Ben 10 is also a veteran of CN's current programming, but unlike Korra, has been a huge marketing success. This sounds a bit like the case with Fairly Oddparents where the network is sort of pushing these long-runners under the rug.

It seems like both CN and Nick are interested in burying old dogs before their time.

Well to be honest as long as I get to see the "And Than They Were..." two parter and the rest of the Charmcaster trilogy, I am all set. The rest of it whatever, I will still watch but still not I have to see this type of interest level as the multi universe two parter from arc 5 that they skipped and the other two Charmcaster episodes. I also have to know who that masked guy from the future is. I think it will be revealed in "And Than They Were...." two parter, if not add that to the list.

yeah kind of curious about where it was on the schedule since it's already fall.

As far as I know Ben 10 Omniverse was greenlit for at least 60 episodes and only 50 have aired. The wikipedia page for Omniverserse says more episodes will begin airing in October...in Hungary. I've seen nothing about it for the US audience.

Ben 10 not getting a marketing push seriously bothers me. If Ben 10 doesn't get a push then action cartoons on Cartoon Network may very well be dead for the foreseeable future. How is WB not pushing cartoons for Justice League!? I just don't get it.

How long does CN expect people like me to wait till Omniverse comes back? I've had high hopes of the show returning this month, but no! CN decides to have it on hiatus still! Now that hope is gone!

What if the show ends the same way YJ and GL did? Of course, people who hate Omniverse could care less. I'll bet money is required in order for the show itself to go on.

I haven't been this upset since Thundercats (2011) ended after the 26th episode. CN had better bring the show back in October.

well as a Ben 10 fan i hope it return again whit the new episodes, but i am thinking they doing a special or something for the anniversary.

How will this effect the avialablility on I Tunes? Normally you get an episode a week the monday after it airs.

Still will this include "And Than There Was...." two parter, I think they would still save for a big prime time event?

If it wasn't for TMNT, I'd officially declare action cartoons in the US dead. Sure we have Transformers: Robots in Disguise and a few shows on Disney XD, but those aren't exactly going to reach a wide audience. Most kids don't have access to those higher tier channels and to (legally) watch shows from The Hub and Disney XD, you typically need cable provider info for an account that can already access the higher tier channels.

Ben 10 Omniverse was the last glimmer of hope I had that somewhere inside Cartoon Network, somebody there still cared about action-heavy shows. But no, 6am for the final 30 episodes. Outside of Adventure Time and Regular Show (both of which I'm mainly sticking with at this point because I've been watching them for so long), I really have absolutely no interest in Cartoon Network anymore or the direction they're headed.

Despite it going out with a whimper, Ben 10 had a nice solid 9 year run. Maybe after this they'll make one last special for the 10th anniversary, but I seriously doubt it at this point.

Man, I wasn't expecting them to burn off the rest of the series at the 6AM deathslot. That's just pretty sad give how they have treated Ben 10 in the past and it was pretty much their only action series left. If they still upload episodes via On Demand or make them available on their website, I'll probably still watch the rest of the series.

Well it's official, CN wants nothing to do action cartoons anymore. Not even Ben 10 is safe from them!

Wow. This is bad. Like, REALLY bad.
I guess this means the show (and the toy sales), aren't doing well in foreign markets anymore. I mean, if you're using the death-slot to premiere new episodes, that means that not just the show, but essentially, the whole FRANCHISE is done for. Unless they produce a new show and air it exclusively on foreign CN feeds, this is the end for Ben 10, Cartoon Network's last action cartoon.
