Well, It surprisingly seems to show that Cartoon Planet is gaining back a little on Saturdays.. if not any better than it was holding on Sundays. Also, I think we do have a quite decent choice this time for October 6th: (Courage: Night of the Were-Mole [REPEAT] / Camp Lazlo: Meatman / PPG: Telephonies / EEnE: Laugh, Ed, Laugh)

Did anyone see the credits in today's Cartoon Planet? It showed Fosters: Sight for Sore Eyes in the credits, but it was supposed to be Kids' Next Door: Operation: D.A.T.E.!

That's something a lot of us wonder to, it would be a nice touch and suit the mood of CP but CN doesn't seem to realize that. After all, they're too busy burying the block for them to make it better in one of the simplest possible ways.

Why would it be so hard to have the checkerboard logo in the block?

It wouldn't be hard at all, it's just that CN isn't going to go through the trouble of implementing their old logo just for a block that they're clearly intent on burying.

If I can answer this question with a question, what, in all honestly, was so great about the old checkerboard logo? Aside from that it was the logo that most of us here grew up with and several people are just nostalgically attached to it. From an aesthetic standpoint, their current 2-letter logo is better: it's simpler, easier to replicate, 2 tiles as opposed to 14, and the letters are bigger, making it more recognizable; made smaller and seen from a distance, the old logo just looked like a gray blur.

I'm not trying to harsh on anyone who's a fan of the old logo, but it's just a logo. Networks change their ID bugs all the time; it's really not that big a deal. As long as the shows are great, I really don't care what the logo looks like, but that's just me.
