Not surprised about Pixie and Dixie, but still disappointed.

Am I the only one who noticed that MGM is also gone?

Nah, I noticed too, but not surprised either. The only classics still on the schedule are the ones that have garnered most popular attention, though there's some off the schedule. Though it feels highly unlikely at this point, it could be on weekends.

Among weekend changes of shows that air there now, I think I can anticipate the departure of 2 Stupid Dogs, Speed Buggy, Pixie & Dixie, Samurai Jack, Secret Saturdays, Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, Cow & Chicken, Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Lab, Teen Titans, Ben 10 Omniverse, Jonny Quest. -- Hard to call on Boomerang Theater, but it's possible that could be gone, too. It feels as if they're going for 1 hours blocks all around since the weekdays will have them. As for any of the shows mentioned above, it's still possible some stay on for weekends-only, but if not, could see them again in the rebrand or later.

Also now wondering if with this new lineup, we may or may not get a small message of the rebrand that will take place. It'd be a 3-4-month preparation if they did start something that soon, so that's another thing that's hard to call.

BTW, to anybody who's noticed this thread is over 1,000 posts (now 1064). I contacted a moderator about it a month ago. They said there wasn't a written rule about 1,000 posts meaning threads get locked, but did think it'd be a good idea to make a new thread once Boomerang does get rebranded, so I suspect this thread stays open until then.

Cool, Chowder and SDMI join (I expected that) and Foster's and Flintstones return. But did they really have to remove 17 shows just for 4 shows? I mean really! I really hope they aren't going back to the looping format they did in the early 2000s, because this is just ridiculous! And I hope the rebrand schedule won't be like this either. Chowder, Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Inc., and The Garfield Show all have 6 airings a day and is overkill not to mention Chowder and TLTS are airing their Christmas episodes for whatever reason. I hope the weekend schedule isn't as bad.

Eh, I'm mixed about the June schedule. On one hand, it good to see that Chowder and Mystery Inc. are coming to the schedule, along with the return of Foster's. On the other hand, this schedule is one of the worst Boom has ever had. Come on, does Chowder, Mystery Inc., The Garfield Show and Tom & Jerry really need six airings a day (for each)? Especially since Chowder only has 49 episodes while SD:MI only has 52 episodes. Maybe Tom & Jerry could pass since it won't be on CN next month (or the whole summer for the matter), but this schedule is a rollercoaster. Whatever happen to diversity?

I hope Dexter's Lab at least remains on the weekends. It's been one of Boom's staples for a while (not to mention one of my favorite cartoons to watch).

Something tells me that Chowder, TGS, T&J and SD: MI will be Boom's new staples when it rebrands. Think about it, why are those four the most overplayed on the schedule? I hope that's not the case when Boom revamps this summer. I hope there's a diversified schedule for it.

Now that I think about it, it appears Boom is giving each show (including the arrived ones) an hour or two or three to get prepared for the rebrand. Just a theory.

Captain Planet is off weekday mornings? I never thought I'd see the day.

Sad to see them choose to double-up so many shows instead of keeping a wider variety. Chowder airing 4 half hours a day is rather excessive when it only has 49 half hours.

I approve of the watchable airings of The Flintstones and the additional Looney Tunes airings but Looney Tunes Show got the shaft.

Nice to see Mystery Incorporated but once again 4 episodes a day is entirely too many.

Foster's is nice to see as well.

Pokemon moves to prime time but now it and PPG are the lone action cartoons.

It's just too bad all the good cost us Dexter's Lab, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Johnny Bravo, Ben 10, Teen Titans and some other great shows.

Okay I can understand that hour blocks tend to work well for kids networks but they could still stand to have more variety in 24 hours.

4 times a day for one show that has 25-50 half-hours is a bit of an excess.

Okay, some weekend (or just Saturday) changes thus far:

6-9am are the same as weekdays, 9am comes ...

TV Listings Guide and TV Schedule, Where to Watch TV Shows - Zap2it

9:00 AM - Dexter's Lab
9:15 AM - The Powerpuff Girls
9:30 AM - Johnny Bravo
9:45 AM - The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy

So far, no Boomerang Theater, but until 10am+ are available, this looks like it could be something VERY fun for weekend mornings. The return of Grim, but 4 CN originals all taking 15m spots. Just with Dexter and Bravo alone, that gives some probable breathing room that EEnE could appear for 15m as well. No episode titles listed, so wonder if it's a test that'll be done away with quick or if this is actually happening. It's almost like the Cartoon Planet revival in a sense, even if the lineup stays as is.

Someone else here can announce 11am+ as I'll be gone all afternoon into the evening.

10:00AM - Chowder
10:15AM - Courage the Cowardly Dog
10:30AM - Camp Lazlo
10:45AM - Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends
11:00AM - The Looney Tunes Show x2
12:00PM - Tom & Jerry
1:00PM - Pink Panther And Pals x2
2:00PM - The Garfield Show x2
3:00PM - Boomerang Theater (Little Big League and Scooby Goes Hollywood)
5:00PM - Same as 9:00AM - 11:00AM
7:00PM - Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?! x2
8:00PM - Tom & Jerry

Yes! Billy and Mandy, Courage, Lazlo, and Pink Panther are back, and it's great to see Dexter and Johnny Bravo aren't getting the shaft. This schedule is still horrid though, but not as much as weekdays. I'm surprised there isn't any What's New Scooby-Doo? though, a show that both CN and Boom like to air endlessly.

Come to think of it, is this some special week or something? I mean, look at all these overplays and all these shows airing for 15 minutes. I wonder if they will start a more normal line-up the following week. I'm not getting my hopes up though.

I'm looking at the June changes post at nick and more and this is what I'm excited about and not so excited about as we head closer toward the rebrand.

Excited:
• Chowder joins.
• Foster's returns.
• Mystery Inc.

Not Excited:
• Captain Planet, Teen Titans and Yogi Bear being removed.
• Ed, Edd n Eddy leaving.
• Less classics.

While there's less classics, there's a lot of more shows that I'm interested in now, which is good.

So unless Ben 10 returns to CN in June, it's completely off US television for the first time since 2006.

Dammit all! Pardon my language but come on, that takes out another good chunk of shows (including Huckleberry Hound >.>). I knew this was coming, but ugh not liking this change.

These upcoming changes are definitely reminding me of Nickelodeon GaS, only it's not the exact same lineup everyday and there's more than 6 shows. Is still a rather boring schedule though, but again at no surprises to me. Makes me wonder how the first rebrand schedule will go.

If anything, 2 Stupid Dogs will finally get a break after airing the same 12 shows for wayyyyy way too long

Hub's new schedule pros: 2 Stupid Dogs' break. Other CN originals returning or making Boomerang debut. The Flintstones getting early weekdaily'd again. The 15m time slots of CN originals, including shows that don't appear for 30m elsewhere. Signs that the rebrand are just that closer.

Hub's new schedule cons: Loss of a # of classics (whether I watched them or not), lack of variety (no surprise) No Eds anywhere, even for part of the 15m fun. Will likely return in the fall, but still, EEnE is a great summer series. 9pm-6am being the same everyday. If they were going to use the same shows, would have been fun with different experimental time slots. Billy & Mandy + C:KND should have been added too. Oh well, perhaps in the rebrand.

While I have a chance and when I can, I'm going to watch certain shows as who knows if they'll appear on the schedule, including the Boomerang Theater movies which will work A LOT better for me at 3pm. Some I may pursue DVDs for (like The Flintstones) Maybe I'll make this an unforgettable summer of classics and enjoy before time's up and eventually regret not watching them beforehand (blaming overplay and getting tired of looking at its name shown)

Finally, the remaining mystery of the schedule change, is what gets weekends at 4:30pm when they play the 90m movies? Personal thought, is they replay the 7:30am Scooby-Doo.

Geez, this is a bad sign for action shows, at least we still have a week with the shows before they leave or are severely reduced. Even CN and Nicktoons' schedules are more diverse than this.

At least 2 Stupid Dogs and Hero: 108 are gone now, I also never cared much for Pebbles and Bamm Bamm. Come to think of it, with a schedule like this, is the rebrand going into effect sooner than we thought?

I'd imagine by the fall as we've heard. No way would this be the re-brand when not even the additions are worth having it for. While that's my personal opinion, this new lineup does show what 'MIGHT' be a hint into what it could look like.

I guess it's just me, but then again, having it in Fall was Stu Snyder's plan, and given that he left months ago, anything could be happen. Just a thought :U

Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
