I think it will happen. The Warner Bros. Animation mural shows an ad for Teen Titans Go, which has the Hulu logo as well as the Cartoon Network and HBO Max logos.

Cartoon Network had a robust library of originals on Hulu before HBO Go Max was a twinkle in Time WarnerMedia Discovery Bros' eye, so the Network has a chance to make the most of a shoddy situation and double down their efforts there.

I will say, their library being accessible to Disney Plus through the Hulu add-on is pretty wild.
