I guess this means CN UK's November's highlights are imminent.

I think Totally Spies will be more or less be exclusive to CN UK and will not air on CN WE or CN CEE. It might still appear on the Italy, MENA, Arabic and Turkey feeds though, which are managed independently of WE/CEE.

Totally Spies in its first seasons used to be aired on MBC3 and ART Teenz. So, there is two possibilities:

• Similarly to Angelo Rules, the show will air on CN Arabic, but not on CN MENA
• Similarly to Summer Camp Island, the show will be aired on CN MENA for premium broadcast, while MBC3 would get the FTA rights.

The latter is impossible, unlike the first.

Totally Spies will air on Cartoon Network across EMEA as WBD have the global pay-TV rights, CN Italy has already said they're airing it in November, the only other broadcaster that can air it is Gulli, because along with WBD, they commissioned Season 7.

though I barely saw the classic episodes when they were on Fox Kids / Jetix / Disney Channel here (I watched but only some episodes on occasions). But, I am giving this reboot a chance, since they mentioned it will be "a fresh new start" anyway

Ok, I am sorry. I will not do these kind of "exclusive to us" jokes anymore. Still, it is very well that they want to broadcast the new episodes on Gulli first in France, after which it will have a channel premiere later on (like what happened to shows like Grizzy and The Lemmings, Taffy, Garfield Show.. which were co-produced in France and got aired first on local channels, but still ended up on Boomerang)

Wonder if Turkish CN will also get the rights. I checked the dubbing database for Turkish broadcast and it says it was aired only on JOJO (local paid channel, closed in 2014) and on Nickelodeon.

Again, as others pointed out, WBD acquired the new season for all of the EMEA. So Turkey will get it without any problem.
