Craig of the Creek, Summer Camp Island and DC Super Hero Girls return to CN UK in August for new episodes after being off the schedule for months

I've noticed the disappearance of Summer Camp Island in particular, how odd. They seem to be quite faithful to Gumball, Adventure Time and Regular Show as they still pull in views. Adventure Time will probably have more slots when Distant Lands premieres.

While I'm waiting for a response from YouTube, I reposted my CN EMEA handover compilation on my Vlare account.

In case of being interested of a copy in the best quality available for reuploading, please PM me and I'll send it to you. Vlare compresses its videos for those who don't have Vlare Premium.
This video misses out the CN CEE sign-off handover in Check 4.0 style, made and introduced in 2016:

It is rarely shown nowadays after CN CEE and TNT became separate channels everywhere.

This week, CN Arabic has recently aired a new block called In the house with Watterson Family, and also they’ll air a new block on CN Arabic that’ll replace Cartoon Network Cinema Arabic called (Cartoon Network Arabic Popcorn), and will be aired on Sunday, instead of Thursday, and the first movie that might be aired will be Regular Show: The Movie according to the schedule.

That "At Home with the Wattersons" block seems to be the same thing as our "Watch with The Wattersons" block on CN CEE. They even have the same promo endboard:

This week i'm pretty sure Cartoon Network had like 2-3 blocks. The first one is the Summer block, where they will air Adventure Time, Teen Titans Go, Gumball, and The Movies from their library. I'm not sure if it's still there. And then there is the classic block which airs shows like Dexters Lab, Billy and Mandy Grim Adventures, and Courage The Dog. Also they do have a block in TV5 which airs only shows like Kids Next Door, Dexters Lab, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, and The PowerPuff Girls.

Now they're not airing the final block anymore. I guess I had to find out next week if it comes back or I would be dissapointed if they did not air it anymore. I think networks should air more shows that uses cel and also public domain cartoons.

Something STRANGE happened today on CN Scandinavia. For some reason, the" Teen Titans Go!" episode "Uncle Jokes" aired in 4:3 instead of 16:9 widescreen twice. I don't know if it's a glitch or not, since as I said, it happened twice. Can't show a image right now though, unfortunately. Also, this is my first post here.

This week's schedule for Cartoon Network Korea is starting to get a little bit...yellower...than the last time I graphed this. (I think it was way back in March) This week there's gonna be 174 airings of Teen Titans GO!

I don't know how kids television works in South Korea, but for some reason, they still import quite a lot of Korean animated series. (and those from other countries)

Anyways, this week they're also starting to premiere Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs over there this Thursday. (a Boomerang series everywhere else)

Wait I think they're airing it again. I guess they only air it from Monday to Wednesday.

Cartoon Network CEE Schedule and Highlights for August 2020

- Season 2 of Summer Camp Island premieres on 10th August. New episodes will air weekdays at 14.30 CET, with reruns at 17.50 CET (replacing Unikitty in that slot) and on weekends at the same timeslots. Two new segments will air per day, until 21st August. Finally, HBO Max content on our feed.
- Another Gumball-themed block will start airing from 31st August. It's "Richard's School Takeover", which was also broadcasted on the channel in 2015 and in another year (I can't remember which one). With the theme of the block being the countdown of the days till the new school year starts (for the 7-18 years old kids and teens), it will broadcast one hour weekdays, from 09.50 till 10.50 CET, for two weeks.
- Continuing: Watch Along with the Wattersons (till 30/08), Teen Titans Go! Summer Dance Party (till 30/08), Power of 10 (ongoing) and Toony Tube (ongoing).

Schedule changes:
- Craig of The Creek replaces Thundercats Roar weekends at 08.20 CET.
- We Bare Bears gets another slot weekends at 08.50 CET, replacing Ben 10. It will also start airing weekdays at 08.15 CET, from 31st August.
- Apple and Onion will be gone from the schedule. Craig of The Creek will take back its 17.20 CET slot from 03/08, while its remaining morning airing will be taken over by (uuuugh) Teen Titans Go from 31/08. TTG has enough slots already, so it was uneeded to sacrifice a better show for it! How sad...
- Since Unikitty will be replaced by Summer Camp Island at 17.50 CET (on 10/08), the former show will move its airtime to 13.10 CET. It will replace Power Players, which will be out of the schedule for the remainder of the Summer, but will return on the 31st now with two slots (10.50 and 19.25 CET).
- DC Superhero Girls is back to the schedule. From 31/08 it will have a daily airing at 14.55 CET plus a weekday slot at 07.45 CET.
- Victor and Valentino returns this month as part of the Watch with the Wattersons marathons. It still won't get a regular line-up airing for the moment, and who knows when it will (considering they have to premiere the latest episodes).

(all times CET, changes are bolded)

Watch Along with the Wattersons schedule:
01/08-02/08: Teen Titans Go
03/08-09/09: Craig of The Creek
10/09-16/09: Thundercats Roar
17/09-23/09: We Bare Bears
24/09-30/09: Victor and Valentino

Once again, they didn't make such a good choice by having Craig of the Creek as part of the Wattersons program, since the rerun slot in the evening will be a bit too close to the regular showing of Craig at 17.25 CET. It will cause another paradox in the line-up. But for the record, the line-up starts to get once again more varied, especially from the 31st after the Summer marathons are over. Plus Power Players is treated better again, with two showings everyday, so both this and Bakufan are given equal attention. Though it sucks that Apple and Onion has to be removed, it never managed to get as much attention even after it turned from a miniseries into a normal full series. But unfortunately, the shows with the highest ratings have to get priority, and the parents ask for more of the likes of TTG and Gumball. It's only the kids who don't have much diverse tastes as they used to have a few years ago. However, I am glad that DC Superhero Girls is back again, and that they give it much weekday airings since it's a DC series and they usually treat those as garbage.

Speaking of Richard's School Takeover, it's weird to think that when it first started in 2015, they used the older Romanian actor of Richard from the S1-S3 dubbing to play the fillers and promos, considering that at that time S4's dubbing was already being finished or was done.

CN Asia bumpers new

Old CN LA 1998

Cartoon Network Latin America and Brasil had this interesting mix of Checkerboard and Powerhouse bumpers. While all the promos are Powerhouse-themed. CN USA also had this mix, but it's far more noticeable on Latin America. They were struggling with the two looks and they had a more diverse branding.

Ok so here is the schedule of the Cartoon Network Block from TV5, Monday to Wednesday.

7:30 Kids Next Door
8:00 Dexter's Lab
8:30 Ed, Edd, And Eddy
9:00 Powerpuff Girls

They mostly air the newer stuff at the Cartoon Network themselves here like Gumball, Adventure Time, Mao Mao, Steven Universe (Future), and etc. But Cartoon Network themselves also air classics but at around 10:15 PM until 11:45 PM. But they show different shows from that block like Billy And Mandy, Courage, and Dexters Lab (Again).

Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
