Not exactly weird, but during the re-airing of The Procrastinators at 9:00, The Amazing World of Gumball had its full intro shown.

Speaking of intros, when TAWOGB starts the CN PT bug only appears when the episode's title is shown.

Same for The Tom and Jerry Show and the 5 second version of the Teen Titans GO! theme on CN's late DC Nation block.

Both CN HQ and PT aired the intros in full, TAWOGB being the only exception, where the "Created by Ben Bocquelet" test at the end is rarely seen.

Yesterday on CN PT, the shows started five minutes after the scheduled time.
Today, something similar happened, the opposite: the shows start ten minutes before the scheduled time. CN PT does that a lot.

Boomerang technical difficulty stories now allowed

When the old Boomerang showed Popeye in its' Boomeroyalty block in September 2011, sometimes it would go to the ''we'll be back'' bumper, but then it would come back with the ''we're back'' bumper, with no commercials inbetween,

This happened during the mid-afternoon hours, not something like at 3 AM.

On Wednesday, CN PT had a surprise showing of the SU episode Serious Steven at 18:09, forcing Numb Chucks to start at 18:20. If CN PT did not air, then the next show would start at 18:10. The scheduled time for NC is 18:15.

Since Boomerang discussions are now allowed here, here's something. When Teen Titans was airing on Boomerang (as part of Boomeraction), they didn't have bumpers for it, so they just used bumpers for the Super Friends. :D

On BM HQ, I recall that when Eastern Europe had that feed, there were some language problems involved: in 2008, when BM HQ aired some episodes of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo with the Kino Bez Rodziców intro and HB logo afterwards, one time it had a Polish VO saying something like "Film z serii Scooby-Doo". In other showings it had the intro in English.
Also, in August of 2010, the feed broadcast in Polish for an afternoon and in Hungarian for another one (though overlapped with the English audio track).

That second story reminds me of when Boomerang showed a Pokemon episode with two language tracks running at the same time.

It was English and Spanish. It could have been one of the two languages you mentioned, but I couldn't tell if it was any certain type of Spanish.

Most likely Latin Spanish as Doraemon never aired on CN in Spain.

Yesterday, CN PT aired another episode of SU by surprise in order to balance time. The episode was called (I think) Tiger Steven.

I'm guessing you mean Tiger Millonaire, the wrestling episode.

I think you mean Pokemon, not Doraemon ;)
What was I thinking? I did mean Pokémon, it never aired on CN ES while Doraemon never aired on CN LA/BR. And it is most likely Latin Spanish, like I said before. You remember seeing an episode of Squirrel Boy that was in either European Spanish or Italian.

I think I was in 6th grade when this happened: while I was waiting for the bus, I think I was watching Squirrel Boy and suddenly the picture and audio started to stutter and then freeze. The fence slide popped up for a few minutes and then I had to go to school.

It seems that CN PT has been recently making those surprise showings of episodes in order to balance time: yesterday it was the AT episode "The Chamber of Frozen Blades" and today it was the Christmas-themed Numb Chucks episode.
Last Monday, I was remembering about something similar that happened on CN HQ, back in 2002 (by my reckoning), where they aired the Dexter's Lab episode "Ultrajerk 3000" after the show's end credits. This is not when CN HQ had those "Toon Extra" fillers with short episodes from season 3 of Dexter's Laboratory.

The Voyo-exclusive Romanian dub of Garfield and Friends goes on with the second season now being relased. I was afraid they will forget about the show after only one season.

As someone who's Portuguese, it just bugs me again that we lost. I wanted Portugal to win this time because this is Ronaldo's last, but no, we think Ronaldo has devolved significantly, and we lost against Spain.

Conflicted about the upcoming film adaptation of Children of Blood and Bone, given the creator now distancing herself from it despite co-writing the screenplay and blocking one of the actresses on social media despite defending her casting in the film.
