I don't know if I could consider this as part of the thread.. but i'm bringng this up just in case.

Apparently during an Up Next bumper to a new Halloween episode of Teen Titans Go! They mistakingly placed Gumball's emoji instead of Robin's emoji. This is a first.. o_o

Thought you'd like to know. This is pretty interesting.

During Yesterday's Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! at 6:30 after the first commercial break it showed the TV-PG rating instead of TV-Y7 FV.

This piece of gold from the Be Cool, Scooby-Doo talkback thread this week:
For what it's worth, the top right corner cube said both Scooby and TTG are on at 6:30 PM today.

(this was yesterday)

Ha, well it displayed the two this morning when Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries aired.

This OTGW promo has a slight break in the audio at the beginning (and it's noticeable). At first I thought it was just my TV but it's showing up in the same place every time. I'm guessing it's, specifically, the "tomorrow" variant (at the end of the day once OTGW is done) since the original promo before OTGW began airing this week (which said "tonight") didn't have the break:

Wow, great catch! Went back and checked, and yep, it's definitely an error!

The clip is also cut short by one frame, leaving just the banner on top of a black screen.

One day, few years ago (I think in 2012 or 2013), CN CEE started airing the City Era (Like in France) loop before The Garfield Show at morning. It looked weird on a 16:9 TV.

i'll never forget the time cn italy blocked itself on a ctcd title card and the audio was like ''RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR'' then the city bumpers (!).

then they fixed everything but they used the sky feed (i had mediaset premium at the time, the sky feed is like the mediaset premium one. but with different ads in commercial breaks)

CNCN2014: Are ypu talking about the September 2010 technical fault?

Can you tell more about it? i can't find anything on wikipedia or any site.

Weird things are happening on boing italy. they use mediaset bumpers some time.

CN USA used the SPECIAL bug on today's repeat of "The Question". It aired right after the Christmas special, so it looks like they just assigned it for the entire 30 minute block?

I have a few:
When I was on vacation recently, I saw a Family Guy episode on Adult Swim air without the Adult Swim bug, but it came back on during an ad for Goosebumps before disappearing again during a Progressive ad. (They were playing it in the lobby of a hotel we were staying at to entertain the kids). The same vacation, I passed by a room that was housekeeping that had TTG! on, and it said that the episode that was currently on was "new" when it was actually a rerun of "Waffles". This was possibly because Sonic Boom and Pokémon followed it.
One time when I was a kid, they aired Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer without a Cartoon Network bug throughtout the whole special.
During an airing of Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of The Sea, the logo disappeared for a while when Meowth said "That sounds like a good name for a game!", and during the commercial break that followed afterward, they played the EAS during a Barbie commercial, which was followed by a Stanley Steemer ad. The same day, they aired Pee Wee's Playhouse at 8PM, which was odd, because they never aired that past 2006, and this happened in July of 2007.

I remember on Boomerang CEE before the rebrand there was a Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries promo that had some weird beep at the beginning.

Pretty minor, but CN USA just had a weird issue with the episode of WBB they aired. The theme immediately followed the previous episode, with the NEXT bumper appearing after the theme ended. Once the episode finished, the show's credits played fullscreen without the compressed credit frame.

I totally got to see that on my West feed.

According to a friend, there was a recent airing of Teen Titans Go of "And The Award For Sound Design Goes To Rob" where after a fart sound played in the episode, the screen faded to black with the Cartoon Network DOG still on it...and an ad for Krampus played, followed by a bunch of other adult-aimed ads (including a promo for Black Jesus, of all things) and some local commercials. Ths went on for the rest of the episode and was followed by a normal ad break. According to the schedule, the break that interupted the show was supposed to air during an episode of Robot Chicken, since the programmers once again confused 3:30PM for 3:30AM, and not with Family Guy this time.
Also, THIS happened once on an Animaniacs airing on Boomerang in the United Kingdom:

Interesting! I may have that recorded if they can remember more specifically when it aired. It was on a couple days ago, I'll go through and take a look at that.

I asked the person who saw this when this was mentioned in a conversation we had and it was not the airing you mention, but rather an airing on Black Friday weekend before the film's premiere (the ad said "In theaters (date here)" and it was a "last-minute schedule change" airing that replaced a Clarence re-run.
Update 12/18/2015: Here's an odd one concerning local ads: On an airing of the Wabbit episode "Bugs vs. Snail; To Catch A Fairy" that the same friend who mentioned the Krampus incident recorded, there was an ad in the local ads slot for a local cable station's on demand movies. The film featured in said ad was the recent Terminator film. I called Cablevision about this, and they said that the entire local ad block, not just that one ad, that played on that airing was supposed o air on "Blue Harvest" (I think they meant Family Guy, since that's an episode of the show) and not Wabbit.
Update 12/20/2015: During an airing of Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer on Boomerang, the audio during Grandpa's Gonna Sue The Pants Off Santa was lower than the rest of the show. This also happened on a CW airing I have.

The Amazing World of Gumball's "Christmas" airing at about 7:43 PM (I'm watching it on the West feed) aired with a TV-PG rating as opposed to its usual TV-Y7-FV rating.

The only minor issue they have right now is the lower-third animation cutting off slightly too early.

The Voyo-exclusive Romanian dub of Garfield and Friends goes on with the second season now being relased. I was afraid they will forget about the show after only one season.

As someone who's Portuguese, it just bugs me again that we lost. I wanted Portugal to win this time because this is Ronaldo's last, but no, we think Ronaldo has devolved significantly, and we lost against Spain.

Conflicted about the upcoming film adaptation of Children of Blood and Bone, given the creator now distancing herself from it despite co-writing the screenplay and blocking one of the actresses on social media despite defending her casting in the film.
