CN Ratings Thread: Part 14

Regular Show scoring high I see. Cool. Teen Titans Go! should go up with Total Drama back soon, could use a little promotion though. Cartoon Planet numbers are really sad. I guess there's a good reason as to why Beyblade is on early.

CN can't be happy with these ratings for Beware The Batman, especially considering how long it's been in development.

I'm surprised Johnny Test broke a million again. Overall, that week was a good week in ratings. With all the premieres coming in September, I can't wait to see their ratings.

That Beyblade show got some shabby numbers. I don't watch it, so I don't care.

Adventure Time and Regular Show did good. They had competition from Nickelodeon that week and they counter-programmed really well.

Ouch for the new Beyblade series. Well if it doesn't last it'll be between Pokemon and Tenkai Knights. Although Batman is not doing great be thankful is has yet to go as low as Beyblade.

Better week for Pokemon and Johnny Test. Both are doing much better than they have been doing earlier.

Ouch! This is not going good for Cartoon Planet at all.. But from the look of it, it's likely because Cartoon Network putting in more recent shows on the block that might've damaged the ratings! I think somehow soon.. the block needs to take a hiatus for a month or two. But on the plus side, it's good to see that Teen Titans Go!, AT, Regular Show are still gaining strong enough for the block.

Beybalde has like 0 adults watching it, the demo numbers are probably still fine like they were when we got them. Probably better when its before Pokemon though.

Look at Teen Titans Go! go. 1.9 Million. That was the Terra episode wasn't it. It was the highest show of the week. On the contrary, viewers didn't care much for The Looney Tunes Show that week. It's cancelled anyway.

Too bad for Gumball. Didn't help the fact that the Annoying Orange in front of it was a rerun. Chima is picking up a little bit more viewers.

Tenkai Knights, well what do you expect when a show premieres at 7:30am. Pokemon has done well that Saturday. Better than Johnny Test or Legends of Chima have done on weekday nights.

Any Uncle Grandpa guesses? I was first going to say 1.9 Million, but I saw the promotion and how well the sneek peak was received. Now I think I'm gonna say 2.4 Million.

With all this promotion and a good timeslot, I'd say Uncle Grandpa will most likely have crazy good ratings. I'd be surprised if it doesn't get at least 1.7 million.

In most circumstances I'd say UG would get 2.8-3.2 million viewers, but given the counter programming from Disney Channel I would say a 2.1, which would be disappointing given all the promotion.

Wow, I gotta say that TTG! certainly showed itself to the top with the airings there (even if it's just the Terra episode as we know). But pretty sad seeing TLTS didn't became as strong with the airings (so, it's ashame... even if it's already setting into cancellation). Gumball did alright (even if not as strong as we know). Cartoon Planet still struggling with the ratings which is not good, and the others did nice (if not better compared to the others).

Tenkai Knights got a pretty good rating, especially because of the minimal advertising and early time slot. Hopefully it can get a later time slot. That would probably boost the ratings a bit,

Cartoon Network had a great Sunday:

Shrek (11am): 2.211 million viewers
Stuart Little (12:50pm): 2.074 million viewers
The Smurfs (6pm): 2.679 million viewers

Not to mention Shrek was only 300,000 viewers behind SpongeBob on Nickelodeon.

Monday:

Uncle Grandpa: 2.164 million viewers
MAD: 1.624 million viewers
AwesomenessTV: 1.420 million viewers
Nick Studio 10: 1.081 million viewers

Not bad given counter programming and the fact that Labor Day ratings are generally quite low. That's about on par with Regular Shows season finale last year & it's series premiere in 2010. Ratings across the big three kids networks were down quite a bit, so I say we need to see its reruns and future premieres before judging its success. At least UG and MAD were able to be ATV and NS10 on Nickelodeon.

Well considering many people weren't watching on that day to begin with. I hope that UG makes up somehow in the reruns. A 2.2 series premiere is pretty good. Teen Titans Go! started at 2.0. The hard part here is making the show continue to do well.

Ouch for Gumball. Well at least both it and Annoying Orange are moved. Gumball won't have to rely on an AO rerun as lead-in.

Teen Titans Go! is doing fine. Johnny Test isn't benefiting much from the Teen Titans Go! lead-out. Cartoon Planet has moved for a reason. TLTS did what you'd expect a show that hasn't been promoted for months would do and it's over anyway.

Chima did poorly....again. Not sure why they're giving it a second shot on Thursdays as with numbers that low you'd expect it to be removed before it season finishes. I hope if it does poorly next week they'll remove it before the Dragons Season 2 premiere.

Looks like Pokemon is helping out on Saturdays. It did better than Johnny Test and Chima this week. They should boost Saturdays even more when Omniverse comes into the picture.

The Smurfs did good. The second run airing of the movie did better than the first.
