It's worth noting on Saban's website that they posted up temporary, on the list of properties they're representing, Digimon (or Julius Jr. for that matter) is not listed.
Hell, worth noting is when the site WAS up, Digimon and Julius Jr. were both hidden on the Entertainment Brands page. Unless you hovered your mouse over the Properties list, you wouldn't know there was an option to scroll over.
Also, Saban's been incredibly quiet about Digimon in general, and the Twitter and Facebook pages haven't been updated since September (Twitter early September, Facebook late September). Not only that, at the Licensing Expo, Saban Brands wasn't the one to represent the property, but rather the UK network who has the rights, as well as Toei Animation themselves. So I'm personally getting a feeling they're more or less done with the property.
EDIT: Want to stress is they probably still have it, just that it's probably no longer an active brand for them. Still, it's entirely possible they could pass on tri. and allow someone else to pick it up. Given Toei Animation has been doing some promotional stuff themselves, even at it's minimal, I suspect Saban Brands is not involved with this.
