Disney XD News & Discussion Thread

Technically it's a Lilo and Stitch episode going by production orders, as in some of the languages it got dubbed, The Proud Family wasn't dubbed at all.
I wonder real episode Spats with the Proud Family crossover will airing on Disney XD not different episode show up soon?

Oh wow, that’s weird move by Disney.
Okay, on December 8th, Lilo and Stitch the Series will airing Season 2 Episode 22 Spats again at 2:30 AM on Disney XD, I hope Disney XD screwed this up again like yesterday I hope it's a real Spats episode which has the Proud Familu crossover part not a different episode over Season 2 Episode 22 Spats.

I guess Disney XD's not doing anything for Squirrel Appreciation Day this year.

You should remind Bob Iger, so I'm sure that he forgot about it.

Micahel: Bob Iger!!!
Bob: Hey.
Micahel: You forgot about Squirrel Appreciation Day!!!
Bob: Oh oops, yeah, I forgot and let me correct the schedule.
Bob: Pulled all shows out and replaced with shows that has squirrels.
Bob: TV Guide, hey, please revise the schedule.
TV Guide: Ok, I'm try.
Micahel: still Big City Greens with no squirrel!!!

Are we living in the era where every children's television network is spamming their schedule with a single show (Nickelodeon with SpongeBob, Cartoon Network with TTG! and now Disney with Big City Greens)?

Yeah, that is very sad era for sure.

I grew up with cable TV that had beautiful variety of shows.

I might be wrong on this, but it seemed DisneyXD had got rid of show bumpers.

Big Hero 6: The Series gets a weekday slot at 3:30pm starting January 26th.

I must say, Disney XD has been surprising me in the last few months (with the returns of Lilo & Stitch, Tron: Uprising, The Emperor's New School, DuckTales, Star Vs., Amphibia, and now Big Hero 6). The network may as well become Toon Disney 2.0, since it no longer produce originals (unless you count Disney Channel's hand-me-downs). It should go all in at this point with shows like Fish Hooks, Kim Possible, The Proud Family, American Dragon, etc. I don't expect pre-2000 shows to air, but they are welcome additions too.

They definitely regret shutting Toon Disney down, and rightfully so.

More than that, the reason why Disney XD still exists is because it carries commercials, something Disney Channel does not (as of 2025 DC USA still uses sponsorship plugs instead which I think is anachronic)
