Drawn Together Episode 25 "Spelling Applebee's"

Drawn Together needs to become a full series, with 22 episodes per season! This having to wait for almost 2/3 a year between new seasons is worse torture than being covered in chocolate sauce and dropped into a Jenny Craig meeting. So far, the season is going great. I'll admit, though, I was hoping for some sort of acknowledgement in this episode of the affair Foxxy had with "Blockhead" back in season one.

I agree, but Comedy Central isn't giving any of their shows 22 episode seasons. Not even South Park gets more than 14 shows a year anymore. My idea for reducing the long wait is to have more in-season gaps between shows. Rather than running seven in a row and waiting several months until the next batch, they could have some in-season reruns and space the seven shows out more. Plus, that would give us more time to thoroughly dissect and analyze each one before the next one airs!

I believe it was at Trey & Matt's request that they only do 14 episodes a year, seeing as they work their asses off on the show.

Drawn Together, with it's extremely well done animation and ink & paint style probably costs A LOT of dough for CC to produce, I am surprised they haven't cut down the show's budget

I sure liked the "Drawn Together" cast going up against the Peanuts comic strip cast in a Spelling Bee battle. Would it be great to have the "Drawn Together" cast up against the South Park kids or even Arthur and his classmates from Mr. Ratburn's class of Lakewood Elementary for another Spelling Bee battle?

I'm sure that would be funny, but the reason the Peanuts kids were used was because it was a parody of the movie A Boy Named Charlie Brown (which was about Charlie Brown competing in a spelling bee).

Appallingly, I'm old enough to have seen A Boy Named Charlie Brown when it premiered at NYC's Radio City Music Hall. Nothing like seeing an enormous chorus line of high-licking dancers to top off the world's first full-length animated "Peanuts" film!

If Drawn Together went up against the South Park kids, despite Cartman spelling "chair" incorrectly, and Kyle given a really impossible word to spell, the Drawn Together team would still lose to the home-schooled kids, who would spell every word correctly.

South Park. Season 3. If you don't get the reference, watch the DVD.

Oh, I forgot one of the biggest laughs before.

Spanky: I gave that testicle to my one true love - cancer.

Also, did anybody catch this episode as the last airing before paid programming last night? Since there was nothing to advertise, they showed a special DT ending where Xandir did that "OMIGOD" dance over and over until he exploded.

So who made that puppet, anyway? Do you have future plans for shrieking-puppet-alien? WHERE IS HE NOW!?!?

Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
