Speaking of Sailor Moon, here's what I think a dub might have sounded like if Tiny Toon Adventures had been used as a framing device:

Usagi: Babs Bunny (Tress MacNeille)
Mamoru: Buster Bunny (Charlie Adler) or Go-Go Dodo (Frank Welker using his "Fred Jones" voice, since Go-Go can also do voices)
Naru: Shirley the Loon (Gail Mathius minus her valley girl voice)
Umino: Plucky Duck (Joe Alaskey)
Usagi's mother and Luna: Babs' mother (not sure who plays her; I think it's also Tress MacNeille, but I'm not sure)
Usagi's father and Artemis: I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Buster's father (or at the very least, Babs' father)
Shingo: not sure, since Babs doesn't have any brothers or sisters (at least I think she doesn't)

Unfortunately, I don't know who would play the other Sailor Sold..., er, Sailor Sco..., er, "Guardians". Maybe Montana Max (Danny Cooksey) could play Queen Beryl as a gag. I also don't know who would play the "Four Heavenly Kings" either....

Yes, If you look at the episodes. The Wapiko plushie fell out of Joe's box of every plushie he won out of the crane machine. Chitose and Gyopi-chan is also found in the crane machine along with Wapiko at the arcade where Mamoru works. Gyopi-chan is also found on one the clothes in Usagi's dresser. Wapiko also cameos in the Sailor Moon S. Goldfish Warning was directed by the same director of Sailor Moon, Junichi Sato.

Now to mention that, what If Toei picked Disney instead of Viz and redub the series with some of the elements of the DiC dub (first season and R) kept intact and edit the CWi dub), edit the Starlights outfits in Stars and Dub and edit Crystal. Which would mean renaming Hotaru, Seiya, Yaten, Taiki, Princess Kakyu, and Chibi Chibi
