Costume designer Emily Gunshor mentioned the Punisher Special Presentation has an "intense, fire-related sequence" and they had to recreate his costume from photos since the Netflix one had long been sold off. For Born Again, it took them 18 weeks to make the Daredevil suit and made 3 for Cox and 3 for his stuntman.

Born Again S3 filming starts on March 5 with an interior scene then an exterior on March 6.

3/4: They probably want the status quo back that Fisk disrupted with his administration and get back something that was a benefit to them and Mr. Charles is the one who oversaw this. Aside from Everett Ross, the CIA has pretty much been portrayed as dubious at the very least to antagonistic every time they appeared in the MCU so likely whatever Charles is up to, it's likely criminal, lol.
