Well...I think it's more likely we'll get some familial resolution between him and Peter, or J'Son is deposed somehow for what he's done. Victoria, with Peter's influence, might do better by Spartax and the universe .

Of course there's Thanos to worry about .

I'm with Peter, what does J'Son mean "This time?" Is this related to when he first went after the seed and Loki stole it from him ?

And why is he so confident about his victory this time? Because he has Thanos on his side ?

This is why i love this show, Its intriguing, surprising and fun. Show was ok in the beginning but became awesome since the spartax arc.

I wish Utlron revolution will become this fun and intriguing. It is good but not this level good though.

Nothing too impressive but it's pretty nice media is already being released for the episode.

I was wondering when we'd start getting some media for the episode....usually we at least have some clips by now .

Thor and Angela teaming-up with the Guardians seems sensible .

Looking forward to the Guardians vs. Thanos, since I think this is the first time the whole team has faced off against him in the flesh. Be interesting to see Gamora's reaction to her "father" .

I forget, has Thanos's exact motivations in the cartoons ever been elaborated on? It feels like it's always been vague compared to J'Son's lust for power and Ronan's Kree darwinism .

Obviously he's after the Cosmic Seed, but at this point everybody is, and what exactly does he intend to do with it? Rule the universe? Destroy the universe ?

I don't even remember what his main goal in Assemble was beyond getting the Infinity Stones and becoming a giant all-powerufl being to get revenge on the Avengers, though maybe that was the amount of his motivation ?

I thought it was kind of sad to see Peter still holding out hope that his father still really cared about him only for it to still turn out to be related to the Cosmic Seed .

Thanos has always been a tricky villain to adapt for a Y7-rated show. The less said about Silver Surfer, the better, and his appearance in Assemble was cool at first, but then got lamer the more it progressed.

I'm not holding out too much hope for a great appearance here, but admittedly, the "Why stop there?" line was hardcore. Can't say he doesn't dream big.

Not to mention Super Hero Squad, where, while he was voiced by the impeccable Jim Cummings, he was played for laughs and ended up getting usurped as the main villain of season 2 by the Silver Surfer of all people .

I think Thanos' animated portrayal kinda peaked in the Infinity Stone arc. What he lacked in depth he made up for with how tough he was and how much of a challenge he was able to give the Avenegers on his own, more then most of the villains on the cartoon have been able to do, and he actually killed most of the team once he got the Infinity Gauntlet .

Though now that I think about it, with what the cartoons are able to get away with so far, they could probably incorporate his obsession with Death and actually show her if they were so inclined .

Starfox? He is Thanos' brother and ironically not one of the many cosmic characters whose films rights are owned by FOX.

Starfox showing up would be really cool, both because he's a fun character who's never had the spotlight in animation and because of his relationship with Thanos, which could lead to some development with Gamora .

Be interested to see how the show handles him .
