Interesting subtlety on Nick's official Facebook page.

They recently updated their cover image and it's a banner of the following Nicktoons (as part of a cartoon promo week online):

Spongebob Squarepants, The Fairly Oddparents, The Legend of Korra (biggest image and in the center btw), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Monsters vs Aliens, and Sanjay and Craig.

Hate to say it, but the Nick social media sites (FB, Twitter, official website) have been precursors of things to come.

I think I've finally come to terms that Penguins and Robot and Monster will not air on Nickelodeon anymore and KFP and TP's current and next season will be burned thru in bad time slots and not part of the rest of the Nicktoons batch.

I WILL say, that if that's the six Nicktoons Nick is gonna focus on, that's one helluva lineup from top to bottom with major diversity and quality all-around. Just wonder if the upcoming Raving Rabbids, Breadwinners and Blake and the Aliens will add or diminish the overall quality.

Still, it's sad four Nicktoons - all of which had ratings and popularity to boot - were lost in Nick's rebranding and reshuffling. Put it this way, Mattel's Barbie and Monster High have more airings on Nick this year than the four Nicktoons.

I enjoyed Kung-Fu Panda, sad seeing it get put into the "this doesn't matter that much" box. Oh well, whatcha gonna do.

I'm sorry, how did you even come to those conclusions? From the title of the thread, I thought Nickelodeon actually posted a written statement about their lineup on their Facebook page. You literally made all of your presumptions off of a cover photo. Do the four shows you just mentioned have a bunch of new episodes premiering this summer? How do you know they're not returning in the fall. I heard TUFF Puppy hasn't been treated well, but are Kung Fu Panda/Penguins really struggling in ratings? I'm just really confused by all of this.

For the record, I realized my title is misleading when I posted it and I tried finding a way to change it, but I can't find a way to do so, and when I do go to the advanced editing, my page freezes... apologize for the yellow news.

And FWIW, TP, RaM and Penguins have been on hiatus since November and KFP since January, with nothing scheduled thru May atleast...

I changed the title to better reflect the tone. :)

It is pretty sad that Nick is taking T.U.F.F. Puppy to 60 episodes and Kung Fu Panda to a staggering 90 episodes yet neither air on the main network at all anymore (with tons of episodes left to air for each).

Somewhat related - Kung Fu Panda: LoA returns to Nicktoons this Friday and will air every Friday from 9pm-midnight (ET) airing unseen-on-Nicktoons episodes from season one. That’s something, though it’d be better in HD on Nickelodeon.

But yes, SpongeBob, FOP, TMNT, Korra, Monsters and Sanjay certainly isn’t a bad line-up at all.

90 episodes? Where'd you read that?

But with Facebook help, T.U.F.F. Puppy must be reinstated on the main Nick channel!

While this facebook page doesn't really tell us anything it is symbolic of the direction Nick is going in.Nick is going to focus all it's efforts from now on in SpongeBob,FOP,TMNT,LoK MVA and SaC. With even more new shows on the way it's pretty clear that Nick is going to get rid of TP and KFP after their orders expire and it's unclear where, when how those episodes will be aired.

Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
