Batman Arkham City
Sat a full week playing the campaing, trying to get everything to get in free roam, and finishing Riddler's Revenge challenges (not the campaigns). Worth the time I spent on it.

Assassin's Creed
This is one of the more frustrating games I played, it's not bad, but it's incredibly frustrating, playing this makes it a bit hard to believe how amazing some of its sequels are, starting with AC2.
At least it is not as frustrating as Street Fighter 2010, or Ghosts and Goblins.

I like Roguelikes, and I like handheld games. One of the few handheld rougelikes is the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. I'm enjoying it, though it's not as randomized as I would like.

LEGO Marvel Superheroes
Felt like playing Iron Man, but I can't get a mod working on a GTA game, so I went with this game instead.

Just Cause 2
Got in 2011, and never completed it 100%, every time I think this game is huge and we do the same thing in every location, play a little, then move on. At least I completed the story 2 years ago.
Somehow the news of a third game in the series is the thing that got me actively playing this again.

The other day I was playing a couple of old Looking Glass Studios games: the original System Shock and the 3 level demo for Terra Nova (which has original missions created specifically for it, so it's like an expansion pack!)

I've been playing a lot of games the past few weeks. Awesomenauts, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Sir You are Being Hunted, Freedom Planet, Sunless Sea, Lethal League, Rogue Legacy, and Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. Most of these games I bought during the Summer Steam Sale and I don't them to go to waste.

Just tried out some Wii stuff on the Dolphin emulator, specifically the Gunblade NY & LA Machineguns pack which is fantastic. Only lacks the real arcade lightgun kickback from all the firing.

Groove Coaster! Fantastic rhythm game from Taito, with more Zuntata music than you can shake a stick at.

Seems like it's been forever since I've last played a game. For the most part I've been waiting to see if Amazon or Sony would ever lower the price for the PS4 to $350 before the release of Batman Arkham Knight. I have developed quite the backlog of games and don't really care to play them now, especially since a lot of games are getting the remastered treatment, or rather the games I'm into are. With the announcement of Uncharted: Nathan Drake collection, I finally cracked and decided now would be a good time to get a PS4. It won't arrive until Monday though, so "shrugs". I did get the Batman bundle (not the $500 one) and I also ended up buying Guilt Gear Xrd as well.

I do hope for a remaster Mass Effect trilogy someday, but if not, I'll continue to play that sereis on the good ole 360 (at least until I upgrade to an X1)

I also plan to get the DMC4 Special Edition along with DmC and Ultra Street Fighter 4. I can't get away from the fighting games.

Rocket League. Just came out of beta and it's awesome. Car soccer/football has never been so much fun.

In the past couple of months, I've been playing various games on Playstation 2, particularly ones with classic games. I've played Namco Museum (Ms. Pac-Man), Midway Arcade Collection (Paper Boy, 720, Marble Madness, and Splax), Mega Man Anniversary Collection (just the first Mega Man), Genesis Collection (Columns, Alex Kidd) and Sonic Mega Collection + (Sonic for Genesis and Game Gear, Sonic 2, Sonic Spinbal, Sonic Chaos, and Sonic Blast).

Additionally, I have been playing Muppet Race Mania, Family Guy, and Sonic Riders.

For the Nintendo 3DS, I've been playing Donkey Kong Jr., NES Remix, and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D.

On the Game Boy Advance, I've been playing Donkey Kong and Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.

And on the Nintendo WiiU, I've been playing Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker and Mario Kart 8. I've also played downloaded games Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country and Pinball.

I played Burnout 3 today, which was fun up until I got to a race where the rubber band AI decided to get on my case. Certainly won't be going back for gold medals for a while because the F1 car sections are a smegging nightmare.

Played the first Sly Cooper game in the Sly HD collection. Fantastic designs and great platforming. I haven't played a lot of stealth games so I was glad sneaking around was relatively easy. Although there was one area right before the final boss that got on my nerves. The game would be nearly perfect if not for the racing and time limit levels. The qualifications for winning were a bit too strict for my liking. Other than that I had a blast. It's also one of the few games where I bothered finding all the collectibles. I usually hate collecathons but the bottles weren't that difficult to locate.

Both portable and on console, I have only been playing Ryu ga Gotoku 0: Chikai no Basho (aka Yakuza 0) for PS4 and its corresponding PS vita app. The PS Vita app is primarily used for gaining cash to upgrade your characters fighting skill levels and the occasional other minigames. There's even a 5 dollar dlc where you can play additional Sega classics like Columns, Super Monkey Ball and etc.

Normally, I wouldn't import but this game is available with Chinese subtitles. I'll get around to Yakuza 5 when it hits stateside.

Batman Arkham Origins
Finally completing my Batman run in my anticipation for Arkham Knight, I love it more than Asylum, but less than City.

Castlevania Circle of the Moon
Hardest Castlevania game I honestly played, but it's loads of fun, and the Magician mode is fun.

Today, I got my Steam key for the closed beta of Brawlhalla. Brawlhalla is basically Super Smash Bros for the PC with original characters instead of Nintendo mascots. While it doesn't have SSB's huge roster or diverse move sets, it does have its fast-paced 4-player fighting and good, responsive controls. Overall, it's a nice game for SSB fans who don't have a Nintendo console (like myself).
