Those old Cartoon Network/NASCAR promos?

Those Cartoon Network/NASCAR partnership commercials

A while back(i think it was like 2004) i remember seeing some commercials showing Cartoon Network characters driving NASCAR vehicles themed after their respected shows, one of these shorts in question involved Scooby Doo driving with Shaggy disguised as a ghost in the backseat causing Scooby to drive faster, these shorts were somewhat flash animated and were similar in design to those old animated Esurence commercials.

Anyone remembers them or what they were called?

I can recall a bumper where Handy Smurf souped up a NASCAR racer's car with all sorts of random gadgets (like one that caused hedgehogs or something to fly out of the hood, a button that caused said racer to be dressed in drag, etc.) though I think that one was from 1997-1998 or something. Perhaps it was part of a different series of NASCAR bumpers.
