Thoughts on each Disney Channel president?

Considering how Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon have had discussion on their president/network head, thought it'd be nice to try for Disney Channel.

What are your thoughts on each of the following Disney Channel president/channel head's tenures?

• Alan Wagner (1983-84)
• James P. Jimirro (1984-85)
• John F. Cooke (1985-96)
• Anne Sweeney (1996-2004)
• Rich Ross (2004-09)
• Carolina Lightcap (2009-11)
• Gary Marsh (2011-21)
• Ayo Davis (2021-present)

• Alan Wagner: Way before my time.
• James P. Jimirro: Still way before my time.
• John F. Cooke: Same, but not as much.
• Anne Sweeney: Probably the best President Disney Channel has ever had. Gave us Lizzie McGuire, Even Stevens, Kim Possible and That’s So Raven were all of Disney Channel’s best shows at the time.
• Rich Ross: Not as great, but still good. Gave us The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Hannah Montana, Phil Of The Future, American Dragon: Jake Long and Cory In The House which were all good shows.
• Carolina Lightcap: After my time a little bit.
• Gary Marsh: Same.
• Ayo Davis: I don’t watch Disney Channel anymore, so I wouldn’t know.

Not too familiar with the first three, but the tenures of Rich Ross, Carolina Lightcap, and Gary Marsh were the best eras for the network (Anne Sweeny's was decent, and Ayo Davis' has been okay).
