Will Fantastic Four return to Toonami AGAIN after it's replaced by Thunderhawks next week? Time will only tell at this point.

The title being Digimon: Data Squad, not Digimon Data Savers as you have listed, can be found here: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/pre...of-digimon-to-disney-abc-cable-networks-group

Storm Hawks not Thunderhawks... and those series are like night and day.

Wiki is never a creditable source and somewhere on either the Storm Hawks or Schedule thread it as mentioned Fantastic Four is moving premieres to Saturday morning.

I added your citations in, thanks.

As for what Sketch says

Wiki is never a creditable source and somewhere on either the Storm Hawks or Schedule thread it as mentioned Fantastic Four is moving premieres to Saturday morning.

Quoted for truth.

Thats specifically why I stated (and haven't changed) the notice that I am only using accredited news sources for citations or references. Wikipedia and TV.com are GREAT sources to get a feel for what the series is or find announcements about the series but I only trust them to a basic picture of what could be, not what is.

Well the art looks a little better.

I'm not a fan of this art personally. Honestly if you find a happy medium between the CGI in the movie and this cartoon, I would be very happy.

As it sits, I didn't like the CGI in the movie and I don't like this =(.

Wellp, here are my opinions on shows listed in first post

Returning Series

Naruto: No Way!!! LOLOLOLOLO YOU FELL FOR IT fejnkvdjnkxfvdjnksfd

One Piece: See Naruto, and isn't this technicly not a returning series since it's a new dub?

Yu-Gi-Oh GX: Probably, not guarenteed

Zatch Bell: Not a guarentee, will it come? Probably, but not as soon as some think..

Bobobobo-bo-Bo-bobo: Yes, since it only has 10 episodes..

Toonami Jetstream Returnees:

Hiraku No Go: It shall return to Jetstream, but never go to Toonami

Prince of Tennis: It shall return to Jetstream, and then return to Toonami, and then return back to Toonami Jetstream

MAR: It shall return to Jetstream, and the nreturn to Toonami, and then stay till it ends

Newbies

Storm Hawks: Naaaah, I really think this will go Saturday Mornings.., I think CN is pushing it's luck with 9:30, and shows how much respect it's treating the block(It has 2 shows that ended airing for cryin out loud)

Eyeshield 21:I really do think it will catch on. With dual viewing oppertunnies(On a NFL-sponsered website no-less, which i bet will be promoted during games). I call November or whenever Bo-bobo ends for Eyeshield...

Transformers Animated: I really doubt it, I think that the only way this will happen is if Saturday Morning really bombs, which is really unlikely, since Santo and Secret Saturdays look to garner viewers pretty well.., so probably not..

IGPX: Jetstream when Samuraii Jack ends

Megaman Star Force: Jetstream since episodes are too short..

Megaman NT Warrior: Already Tried and Failed on CN(A marathon on the defunct CN Block Party)

Zoids Genesis: Probably November 2007 to January 2008..

Speculated Accquasistions:

Death Note: Viz wants it on Adult Swim, and that is where it shall go, if at all..

Pokemon: DBZ seems to be getting enough ratings in PK's old slot, I don't think so..

Thundercats 2007/2008: Well, it's not premiring in 2007, so it's now 2008. I guarentee this one, but not until Spring 2009, since this is airing on Kids WB first..

Blue Dragon: Another Guarentee, bBut i think they'll wait until early 2008 for this one. Maybe if CN doesn't have faith in Eyeshield, then it can air whenever Bo-bobo ends..

Fantastic Four:WGH : Probably later this year at 7:30 or 8:00(I seriously doubt we will get a third season if made, however)

SGT Frog: Nope, Unless CN does not get Yu-Gi-Oh GX back after this year, but eve nthen it is still doubtful..

I don't think CN is getting anything from Bandai anytime soon(Meaning 2010), They will have Naruto and One Piece for pretty much ever, and Zatch Bell! has a good year and a half on it, along with Eyeshield 21 Yu-Gi-Oh GX, and eventually Blue Dragon. The next anime acccquasition the block(Not Jetstream) will get after this is probably Buso Renkin from Funimation to fill Zatch Bell's hole..

Assuming Funimation even wants Buso Renkin.

to fill Zatch Bell's hole..

In all seriousness. Viz would have first dibs on Buso but being a shorter series makes it plausible for someone else to get if Viz doesn't care. I'd figure on Media Blasters (dur... Kenshin) or FUNimation might be interested. Or for all we know it could fizzle out as a manga and then no one will want the anime rights.

I'm expecting the next Jump anime to come stateside will be Gintama or D.Grayman with Reborn as a possibility as well but none of them would be picked up until at least next year I'd figure. Especially if Viz got any of them. They'd probably get them and then not annouce that they have them until sometime next year. As per usual we'll probably first hear about them being picked up at a licensing show rather than an anime convention.

I threw those ones on as future perspectives.

I'll do some research on them probably when Futuruma comes on.

As Sketch and I have both pointed out, it is Storm Hawks, not Thunderhawks, taking that spot.

Naruto will probably be going on to the Hurricane Legend season if Viz is serious about getting good ratings. One Piece's success is anybody's guess. If FUNimation can seriously turn this dub around, it'll become a mainstay.
If 4Kids One Piece stayed as long as it did on Toonami, then I'm sure FUNi's dub will be able to as well.

THATS where you guys were making the reference. Ok, I got it. Sorry for being so dense on that one.

Oh, i thought Kenshin was from Funi :D

*Runs before geting mauled by fanboys*

Honestly, i dont think we'll need any new anime next year(Except Blue Dragon since i think they will stock up eps b4 debut) for the Block. Jetstream, I imagine it getting Gin Tama and D.Gray Man

I could psot my prediction sched, but its outdated because they removed goddam fantastic four again...

It's good to know that zatch bell will hopefully, be coming back to toonami.

How is it gurenteed that Blue Dragon will be Toonami's?

How is it gurenteed that Blue Dragon will be Toonami's?

As Daikun pointed out, this is a something of a speculation thread. The difference though is I am keeping sources creditable and objective to figure out the truths behind who, what, where, when and how.

Filler Naruto. If Viz were to listen to the fans, then we'll have the fillers dumped into another show, aptly named "Naruto: Tales From the Hidden Leaf Village!" And have the story get closer to where Japan has gotten in the main series!
Naw, what they'd do is call them "Naruto: the island episodes" and everyone, even non anime fans, well know full to get the hell away from them.

Alrighty, I've updated info on the series listed.

I've added the Adult Swim, Master Control and Miguzi blocks so everyone knows where the series they want to watch is going to end up.

Feel free to add in any other series hopefuls here, at least let the Toonami crowd know they exist. Having the info handy to look them up might entice a few people to ask for them from Cartoon Network or through their cable providers.

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
