You had one responsibility Toonami, and you blew it.

Announced at MomoCon: DBZ Kai will be airing on Toonami

Can't say that I'm happy about that development, but I'm not too surprised either. Considering how long DBZ has been demanded and the fact that they're airing one of the movies tonight, I guess DBZ Kai airing on the block was bound to happen sooner or later. I would have greatly preferred if it didn't air on the block since that's going to take up a slot for at least couple of years, probably a bit more once they get to the Buu saga, and DBZ is so overexposed and was overplayed on the original Toonami that it really doesn't need to be on the lineup. Oh well. Maybe they'll put it in on one of the later slots of the block. At least doing that would be better than giving up one of the good early slots for DBZ Kai and it could give the later hours of the block a nice boost in ratings.

I...think is fine. Kai is basically a shortened DBZ, so....

Hey, I think we now know where the eventual Buu arc will air...

Makes sense considering the high demand and now that they're producing the Buu Saga.

All the same, I'll probably skip it.

You can almost smell the wear that show has from all of the other networks that have aired it.

So everyone heard about this, so would you guys prefer this or Fairy Tail because I prefer DBZ

The easiest of easy calls: FUNimation just tweeted that that we can expect Cowboy Bebop back.

As all hopefully know, in recent years Bebop received a high-def remaster and it was picked up by FUNimation last summer.

Edit: Apparently they *do not* have the remastered version yet though. Hmm.

More Information on Cowboy Bebop, it will be the old SD version for now, will eventually become the HD version.

At least Fairy Tail would be new. On the other hand, Kai will be around for a lot less time. Either way, if you watched the Vortex or Nicktoons version then you probably don't need to watch this.

DBZ's a good show (even better now that there's much less filler and padding) it's just...c'mon guys, we've seen it a hundred times. That's why I'm hoping it gets put in a later slot. I'm gonna be pretty miffed if it takes Bleach's slot.

Sadly, it probably will. Which is a shame, since I would've liked to see another Viz anime take its place.

You know, considering DBZ is coming back (but in it's somewhat newly produced shortened version), Toonami could always pick up that new Sailor Moon dub. I mean, Kai is basically a "new" dub of DBZ, so why not Sailor Moon? (although I wonder if another episodes would be ready for air by the time fall comes around).

DBZ Kai is the old DBZ Kai, or just the new one that curently airing in Japan? I already seen every episode of DBZ Kai, so not really that interested in that, however if it is new episodes, that is different.

Well, at least this will be the first time the dub will air on TV uncut. No more Blue Popo.

Nickstoon didn't have thsoe edits. So unless the Blu saga, I am kind of meh on the announcement.

No, but the Toonzai/Vortexx version did, and that's been consistently airing since 2010.

Okay, so I found out that Sailor Moon had meet and greets at Universal Studios back in May. It would have been so cool if we had that at the turn of the century. I have gotten hugs from a Sailor Moon and a Sailor Mars at a local con back in the 2010s and spent under $100 doing it, so I don't know if this is worth the splurge but I can see that these affluent geeky people are enjoying their Sailor Moon hugs.
The characters from Netflix's Mating Season apparently were born from the same deeps as the Warner Bros cartoon characters
