A four-part Contest of Champions story should be fun.

I was hoping they'd air all four episodes as a movie event, but ah well. I guess they want to stretch out the season finale.

I'm just finally ready to see it after hearing so much allusion to it .

The episodes are fantastic, creative hero and villain teams, great plot and the action and writing come together so well.

Grandmaster is one of my favorite villains in USM after this.

Details about the Marvel Animation panel which will take place at the New York Comic Con next month (posting this here, since USM is the only cartoon mentioned by name in the article):

NYCC 2015: Marvel Sets ‘Jessica Jones,’ ‘Daredevil,’ ‘Agents’ and More

Marvel Animation Presents
Friday, October 9 – 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM
Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Head of Television) brings you the biggest animation panel in this universe – or any other. Get an exclusive first look at new episodes from “Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man: Web-Warriors” as well as glimpses of exciting new Marvel series and seasons on Disney XD!

Link to the official NYCC site.

I think it's kind of weird an Avengers Assemble image doesn't appear on the line-up. I doubt it won't be mentioned at all during the panel, though.

Wish we could've gotten stuff like that at Comic-Con or D23.

Looking forward to seeing what news comes out of the panel :).

I imagine we are getting ultimate spiderman stuff at NYC comic con because they gave us AA stuff at SD Comic Con

Wacker edited the Spider-books under which Negative appeared so it makes sense he'd show up now that Wacker is a major part of the animation team, just like how he managed to get Kamala and Carol as Captain Marvel into Assemble :).

But Mister Negative is a good villain, and one of the few good and lasting elements that came out of BND and the reboot, so I certainly wouldn't mind him showing up ;).

Mister Negative is pretty cool and I think he would be able to make an episode of this show more entertaining. So hopefully he will really appear.

I heard that Miles Morales will return for the show's fourth season , Ultimate Spider-Man vs The Sinister 6 and join Peters team under the alias of Kid Arachnid to avoid confusion.

Is this true??

Couldn't find any confirmation. I see it on a couple of Wikia sites, which list this article as source, but I can't find any mention of Kid Arachnid in there.

Minor grip from my Internet travels: It's becoming infuriatingly annoying for me to constantly hear folks defend Teen Titans GO as a good, fun show for kids that shouldn't be compared to the previous Teen Titans show, yet call out USM or AA for being "inferior replacements" to the older versions and claim that most kids hate it because it treats them like idiots.

Sadly, 9 times out of 10 they get away with these double standards...I'm getting sick of it.

I'm in the middle of scrippting an analysis (and defense) video for Ultimate Spider-Man. Someone seriously needs to stick up for the fans with having to put up with it for almost four years.

I almost never see people defend TTG. I see way more hate for that show than I do for the Marvel shows.

Sorry for losing my temper. After my friend got viciously attacked by one of those people, I finally had to say it. :(

I feel like the fans need someone to speak for them, instead of against them.

It's cool, you didn't really lose your temper anyway. Sometimes I feel people can really go overboard with their hatred of a show. I mean, I don't like Avengers Assemble, every time I try to get into it, it disappoints me. But, it's not because it "replaced" EMH, I just don't find it to be a good show. But, I have no problem with people who do like it. Ultimate Spider-Man I can tolerate more, although it's not like I love it.

I'm not even a huge fan of TTG, but I do feel it gets a little too much hate.

Well, I actually watch the Marvel cartoons in contrast to having never watched a full-episode of TTG...take from that what you will :p.

But seriously, I like to think I've been fair to the Marvel cartoons. I've also been quite critical of them, and have in the past compared them to past cartoons, but I only do that because I think said past cartoons raised the bar quite high and I want these cartoons to achieve that level on their own merit :).

I've never held the show's replacing shows I loved against them, I've held their not living up to the quality of storytelling, animation, and care that those past cartoons displayed. But they are improving in that regard, which is what's important ;).

Aww, its okay man. People will be people. *Internet hug.

Besides, the comparison is dumb. They're really going in two radically different directions as cartoons. Marvel is trying to boost its animation where and piggyback off the movies while DC seems to really be only focused on creating awesome direct to DVD movies and giving the fans what makes money, TTG, while canceling all the stuff adult fans wanted like YJ.

Nah bro, you're awesome, one of my favorite moderators.

They are improving. Season 1 of US is borderline unwatchable imo, but Season 3 was very good. Season 1 of AA was something I enjoyed but I could easily see the flaws and why people hated it. Everyone at least sees that Season 2 is better, even if people don't believe its a good show.

We have a tendency to overestimate our importance. Dudes on this site hate it, the average kid (AKA THE DEMOGRAPHIC THE SHOW IS MADE FOR LOL) loves it.

You know at this point we really need to admit it is never coming home.

Happy 20th anniversary to Gummibär/Gummy Bear!

Here's to hoping he releases an anniversary album in stores on November 13th (with lots of music, videos, and extras).
Just brought a Switch 2 this past weekend. I hope Nintendo doesn't follow Sony's suit of getting rid of physical games.
Find it hard to beleive how this upcoming set has more than one normally-considered "politically incorrect" cartoon in new restoration form..
