Watched Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen today. The first 30 minutes-1 hour had to be the most painful thing I've ever watched. The humping dogs, mom on pot brownies, Rainn Wilson as the professor, the Decepticon that was a ripoff of the Battlestar Galatica Cylons (the 2004 series), and the tools at the frat house were unbearable. It took a while to warm up to the RC truck that humped Megan Fox's leg, but he was as annoying as the twins. And, like everyone who bashed/criticized the film, it was hard to follow the Decepticons and a bunch of the Autobots. It could have been as good as TF1 if all that wasn't happening and the movie was under 2 hours.
Not much watching this past week. Blame it on my computer having problems (it works now, so don't try and solve it), my ear accumulating a lot of wax, video games, and recently the World Cup:
-4x Fairy Tail
-1x Rainbow
-1x Kamen Rider W
-Transformers: ROTF, which was my Netflix DVD and winner of the coin-flip decisions. Now, let's see how long I can hold on to Inglorious Basterds, which I got in the mail on Friday.
This week's coin-flip winner: Pumpkin Scissors. I got 11 episodes left until it is completed. Will I be able to do it this week?
I finished watching the last episode of Star Wars the Clone Wars season 1. I'm officially on season 2! RISE OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS!!! I am so glad I gave this show a second chance!
Last week, -11x Pumpkin Scissors (14-24) I'm done with the series, and I want more. I'm sad that Del Rey stopped at volume 5. -1x Goseiger -Lots and lots of World Cup action Strangely, that's what I watch throughout the day when I'm not at work.
This week, besides the Cup, I'm going through Nodame Cantabile via Crackle. Since I forgot where I left off, I decided to go back to the beginning.
Everybody's watching the world cup here in Japan, which is very surprising to me. Back home we never watched it. Ever. PA is into the other kind of football.
Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
