KaBlam! is a great show on Nickeldeon. It had different styles from different animators. A great idea for Disney to do like a show like this. Like a mixture of Oh Yeah! Cartoons. It can have new and old shorts along with new pilots to decide on what would the big next show. Who’s interested in the idea?

Well, Disney Channel did do "Shorty McShorts' Shorts", as sort of an anthology series in a similar vein as that of Cartoon Network's "What a Cartoon Show" and Nickelodeon's "Oh Yeah! Cartoons".

.....Too bad that series sadly sucked, hence why it was scrapped so fast. It's bad enough Shezow! became a show, for example - none of those shorts/meant-to-be pilots were any good, unfortunately.

Eslecially unlike when compared in general to Kablam!, where the shorts (Life With Loopy, Action League Now!, Sniz and Fondue, amongst many others that emerged...) were consistently good, in overall comparison.
Don't get me started on most of the output for Oh Yeah! Cartoons, as well - truly shorts worth watching and being proud of.

However, being brutally honest with myself, few of them could truly beat the likes of What-A-Cartoon/Cartoonstitute from CN, at least IMHO, which all of these thoughts from me are (please keep that in mind and thank tou for understanding.).

Why is that Disney doesn’t want to a show like those two shows you mentioned?

I don't know - but if they ever do or should even think to attempt to do it again anytime soon, they NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB than they ever did with Shorty McShort Shorts! That much I know for sure!

I thought those Shorty McShort Shorts don’t like pilots to me.

THEY. SADLY. WERE. Hence SheZow!, for example. And that show sucked as well, IMHO, sadly enough.

That's exactly WHY if Disney were to ever try this again anytime soon, I want them to do better than Shorty McShort Shorts ever was in general. Simple as that.

The problem is that they didn’t use time slot to decide the pick up the good shows and the bad shows.

Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
