After the recent Bloomberg article came out in regards to Paramount open to selling their kids channels in Europe in order to secure EU approval of their merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, I started getting worried that Nickelodeon Europe was in danger of getting sold, even though cable TV is still thriving in Europe.

didn't we have the same discussion before? and anyways probably not

Nick Europe was in danger as a unit, it faced problems such as discontinuation of local production in the Netherlands and feed downsizing.

I think RTL Group might tries to acquire Nickelodeon Europe to rebrand it into Toggo after they're failed to acquire German feed of Nickelodeon by German Federal Cartel Office 2 years ago.
