Plus, it seems Warner TV CZ has become quite like "Discovery FTA".

Regardless, Czechia is the problem when it comes to dubbing, being a recent territory for CN: hence, it won't have it the Classic block even more
Yeah, even FHFIF had a dub there in 2015. Regular Show in 2015. Adventure Time in 2015.

PPG aired before on a local channel IIRC

I will keep an eye on hbo max czech and warnertv czech. I think they will dub the shows into czech over summer and then add them to the channel in mid september. But we shall see. Many shows will need a new dub. But it's weird. They could have chosen shows which do have a Czech dub instead - PPG, Dexters Lab. Maybe include Scooby Doo, Ben 10, Looney Tunes and Flintstones. Instead they got creative for once and chose different and newer shows. I'm curious.

I realized that the only way to watch classic CN shows in Africa now that CN has removed the classics block is boing but nobody watches that cuz it's not on dstv (and it is essentially a dead channel) so it was a bad move to remove the block in my opinion but oh well
the block was already being downsized the past few months anyway

I didn't say that the Czechs won't be getting the classics. Sorry if I didn't phrase that clearly. What I meant was simply that, because of the Czech and Bulgarian feeds, we shouldn't expect them to air on Cartoon Network. However, these titles will be available on HBO Max across the CEE region wherever a local dub exists. If a title doesn't have a dub for a particular country, then that country won't receive the series.

Also, to avoid any misunderstandings, it is not guaranteed that these classics will already be airing on Warner TV from July. What I am saying is that if any of these classic shows are broadcast on television, Warner TV is the most likely destination rather than Cartoon Network. For now, however, the primary focus is their arrival on HBO Max.

And as Warner TV is not available, either TV2 or TV2 Kids in Hungary. Dexter is airing with a lot of breaks.

In some countries (reffered to CEE), Warner TV has been available in Romania and Poland.
Plus it is not the first time there has been mentioned regarding to this.

What if the classics do get Bulgarian or Czech subtitles if they don't have dubs in either language?

Not sure why they didn't just add European Portuguese and Finnish subtitles for the shows without dubbing in either language, or why the new European Portuguese dub of Courage the Cowardly Dog still hasn't been added to HBO Max yet.

honestly giving how CN CEE behaves and the problem with dubs while it is not impossible I don't think they're going to have the CN classics block in the near future im beting on Warner TV in some CEE countries more because that's more localized and they dont have the have the problem with some classics not being dubed

a win is still a win though I'm just wondering what took them so long to add old shows to hdo max in CEE they should have done it last August with WE

The dubs for all the shows mentioned (sans PPG) alongside Gumball were commissioned by their public broadcaster, Česká televize. Both PPG and Ed, Edd n Eddy were on Prima, not sure about other pre-2016 shows.

Can please someone help me with a list of classic shows that HBO Max WE have?
To make an idea about what CEE could have

Are there any Cartoon Network feeds or Boing feeds that rerun Ed Eddn Eddy?

Camp Lazlo, Chowder, Cow and Chicken, Courage, Dexter, Foster's Home, PPG 1998, Ben 10 2005, Ben 10 Alien Force.

Not including Ben 10 (2005) season 1 or the first four seasons of Samurai Jack—both readily available in most CEE markets—here's a definitive list:
  • Dexter's Laboratory (season 1, including Justice Friends and Dial M for Monkey segments and even "Barbequor"; available in European Portuguese)
  • The Powerpuff Girls (1998) (season 1; available in Hebrew, European Portuguese and Finnish)
  • Cow and Chicken (season 1, including I Am Weasel segments; available in European Portuguese)
  • Ed, Edd n Eddy (season 1) (some German-speaking markets are missing "The Ed-Touchables"/"Nagged to Ed" in spite of a German dub being available)
  • Courage the Cowardly Dog (season 1)
  • Ben 10: Alien Force (season 1; second half of season 1 is currently only available in some markets like the UK/ROI, Israel, Malta or Iceland; available in European Portuguese and Finnish)
  • Chowder (season 1, albeit only partially)
  • Camp Lazlo (season 1)
  • Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (season 1)
All shows are available in English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, French, Italian and Castilian Spanish. Finland only gets The Powerpuff Girls (1998) and Ben 10: Alien Force, while Portugal gets both of the aforementioned two shows in addition to Dexter's Laboratory and Cow and Chicken.

You can also expect all of the classic CN shows I have listed to be made available in Polish, Hungarian, Romanian and Russian.

Boing in Italy reran the series quite some time ago, don't know if it still airs intermittently.
Do you know if there are other CN or Boing feeds that are currently rerunning Ed Eddn Eddy?

@The new guy I think it would be better if you cut it out with this constant spamming....

So looks like the classic shows won't be coming very soon to CN CEE on linear. Oh well, HBO Max is still a really good start-up for now. As always @BloggerHU, we all thank you for all the deep info you give us. You are really helpful :)

Uhh, maybe Boing Spain?
I was going to say that as well. As that snapshot shared here sometime ago was definetly from Boing Spain
