Some countries only air the selected pieces of the franchises and I don't know why!

The upcoming Foster’s Funtime for Imaginary Friends might as well get dubs in Czech and European Portuguese, as Foster’s Home has never been dubbed into either language.
In Greece and Cyprus, they stopped dubbing The Loud House after the first few episodes of season 4. The Greek dub of the spin-off, The Casagrandes also only went up to the last quarter of season 1. This meant that the only pieces of Loud House-related media to ever receive Greek dubs since then are the Netflix movies.
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is currently the only piece of the My Little Pony franchise to have dubs in a lot of other languages that no other show from the franchise did.

While Craig of the Creek doesn't have a Greek dub to my knowledge, its short-lived 20-episode preschool spinoff Jessica's Big Little World (which has aired on Cartoonito) actually does.

I think the modern Cartoon Network shows get Greek and Finnish dubs on HBO Max?
Only Finnish dubs are actively being made for modern non-preschool CN shows on Max.

Also, only Cartoonito shows are actively being dubbed into Greek, and not even specifically for Max either (though some of the former Boomerang-related shows and movies like the Scooby-Doo stuff are now airing with Greek on CN MENA). That said, some CN shows were indeed dubbed into Greek for their release on Cosmote TV's Cartoon Network service (with the Cosmote TV dubs of We Bare Bears and the Ben 10 reboot being hidden audio tracks on Max in Turkey).

The only thing from Pixar's Monsters franchise that was dubbed into Serbian was Monsters, Inc. What do you think? Is Serbian language the only one that lacks a dub of Monsters University?

Monsters University sucked, they are better off saving budget for something else. Also I gave you an answer as to why Italy didnt dub Z Kai, I would love to hear your take on that.

In my opinion, DBZ Kai's nature as a remake of the original DBZ anime is the reason why it didn't air in Hungary, Canada and other countries. It's still unknown to me if Dragon Ball DAIMA will be dubbed in Hungarian, given the Dragon Ball franchise's popularity in Hungary. What do you think?

It probably will. The only reason it may not may be because a dub might prove too expensive, but that's really unlikely.

I don't wanna to derail the thread, but TV Tropes claims that the reason for the Hungarian anime market's downfall was primarily due to the local media watchdogs. Instead, since Hungary used a lot of ''Foreign Dub as Basis'' and thus many anime aired in that country were mislabeled as French cartoons, original creations by 4Kids Entertainment et cetera, TV Tropes' claim appears to be a pure fabrication. What do you think?

In Spain, Thomas & Friends started at season 8, with the classic series not being aired. None of the model era specials were dubbed either.

Both Czech Republic and Greece never got Johnny Test dubbed aside from the Netflix reboot, although Japan (in addition to dubbing said reboot) also only got season 1 dubbed. Same for Arabic with the early seasons and reboot.

Pokémon Chronicles only aired in Serbia, Latin America, Brazil, Spain and Italy. Worse, most of the dubs of that series don't use the voices from the original series. Do you know why?

Power Rangers Dubbed in Romania Is Only 4 Shows
Mystic Force (Jetix & Kanal D)
Operation Overdrive (Kanal D)
Jungle Fury (Kanal D)
Samurai/Super Samurai (Nickelodeon)

Maya the Bee 1975 was not dubbed in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, only the 2012 reboot has been dubbed in those languages.

Dragon Ball Z never aired in Bulgaria which I find absolutely insane honestly.
Other than that:
Yugioh anime was available dubbed(well voice-overed) in one form or another here until 5Ds. Zexal onwards has nothing.
For Pokemon we only had the original and weirdly Diamond and Pearl(probably because of Jetix) which was my first anime.
Didn't have One Piece or Bleach either had Naruto atleast but only the first 104 episodes.

A question for you:

Did the Bulgarian dub of Tokyo Mew Mew/Mew Mew Power dubbed all 52 episodes? If I am wrong, will you please tell me why?

The 2019 Equestria Girls specials and Rainbow Roadtrip weren't released at all in most of Europe, as the previous EG specials from 2017-2018 were Netflix exclusives, and Netflix simply just didn't release the 2019 specials or Rainbow Roadtrip.

Well I just checked and on the Bulgarian wiki page it says just the first season is dubbed so I am guessing not all episodes were dubbed.

Oh I am jealous in Bulgaria we didn't have Jungly Fury but we did have:
Dino Thunder (BTV)
SPD( BTV)
Mystic Force (Jetix)
Operation Overdrive (Jetix)
Samurai/Super Samurai (Super7)
Megaforce (Super7)
But I was too young to watch Dino Thunder and SPD and by the time of Samurai I already lost interest so I only watched Mystic Force and Operation Overdrive.

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
