Really instead of wanting more of a done series why not pick up something else,making this would be a waist of money and I know damn well Akira Toriyama would have nothing to do with this.

Your the only one making sense right now. The DB's should have ended after the Frieza Saga. As a matter of fact, I remember hearing that Toriyama wanted it to end there since the final battle was one that was so intense that an entire planet exploded, which would have been the best ending IMO.

There's also a reason Toriyama had very little to do with GT. I'm willing to bet that he was against the whole idea to continue since the stories got pretty lame at the end (gimme a break, Buu is basically a pink Cell).

And if people are trying to say that fighting is what makes a good series then I completely disagree. For me,at least, there needs to be a story that hooks you in and makes you want to keep watching. In DBZ it was just to see who was the strongest (and don't try to tell me you actually thought it wouldn't end up being Goku). Don't get me wrong, DBZ will always have a place in my heart since it got me into anime but now that I've seen much better I have a hard time watching the sensless fighting with lack of story.

IMO DB was by far the best of all three series. You have a quick moving story and the battles consisted less of energy waves and more hand to hand combat. I say no more Dragonball and give us something new.

I could stand another DB show if it was done right, instead of having ANYTHING to do with GT, it'ed change the ending of DBZ, where instead of Buu getting Gohan, Gohan either killed Buu alone or was able to use the Potaras with Goku to be the most powerful being, and of course afterwards he wouldn't be turned in to the super geek that he is in GT if he was alone and if he was forced to stay fused with Goku i'm sure something could be thought of hehe.

Best thing would be to have it where Gohan kills Buu to become the earths champion and helps Goten and Trunks continue their training*so they wouldn't end up like the GT versions* and then somethings could happen to mess up the peace and force Gohan Goten and Trunks to fight. All the while Goku could be watching over them from the after life

I'm not to excited about the idea. I don't really want it to turn out like GT. At first I was really excited about GT because I loved DBZ but it wasn't as great as I thought. But on the other hand it would be cool, to see another DB if it turned out like DBZ
