I mean, didn't some of the shows already had a Portuguese dub? Doesn't matter if it aired on other channels or not. I know there was no PT track.

Only on other channels. The only ones they recovered were The Powerpuff Girls (TVI), Dexter's Laboratory (SIC), Cow and Chicken (TVI) and the first two Ben 10 series (SIC).

Until CN got an audio track here some shows were already dubbed by Mediavision and they aired on Pro TV.

RTP also had Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi (season 1) amd the first season or two of Billy and Mandy after switching to an 11-minute format, but the dubs were discarded

HHPAY from what I remember is a show that has a 6-7 minute format, makes you wonder if they would of aired both segments to make a 20 minute show (with ads/bumpers)

Until CN got an audio track here some shows were already dubbed by Mediavision and they aired on Pro TV.

Meanwhile in Hungary, before the CEE audio track existed, almost all of the 90s originals (except Johnny Bravo, Ed Edd and Eddy, and Courage) were dubbed by M1 and TV2 for their CN blocks.

I didn't like that show, found it boring.
