A C8 rating bug appeared during an airing of The Powerpuff Girls on CN Canada recently.

Once, during a rerun of Victor and Valentino, the "New" banner was displayed.

I should probably mention that CN Brazil has been using CN Latin America's "Nuevo Episodio" screenbug recently.

Also, on yesterday's new Mao Mao, CN Brazil didn't use the New Episode screenbug at all.

This isn’t exactly CN, but a few minutes ago on Boomerang USA the next bumper stated that Care Bears: UTM was on next when it was actually more Tom & Jerry reruns, and the voiceover had a reverb applied to it. I managed to record it here:

So today, as I was watching teen titans go, the guide said that an aquaman movie was playing. The episode started at 1:00(sorry for flash from camera.)

For some reason, CN HD+ India is still advertising "new episodes" of Uncle Grandpa, even though the show is cancelled.

Cartoon Network aired the sign on bumper instead of the sign off bumper and Adult Swim didn't have an official sign on, it just jumped right into American Dad!
Adult Swim is currently using the disclaimer as their sign-on.

Every time the Ninjago new episodes promo airs on CN UK, the aspect ratio messes up in a way that’s kinda hard to describe. I’d say it’s between 14:9 & 16:9 :/

Also, something quite interesting, during a CN Brazil airing of the Mao Mao episode "Not Impressed", not only did they not use the New Episode screenbug, but the screenbug looked awfully similar to what appears on the CN website/app.

Hmm, how interesting indeed.

CN Brazil is still using the Nuevo Episodio screenbug instead of the Novo Episodio one.

During the Toonami TIE The Forge, the Closed Captioning screenbug stayed longer then it was supposed to.

On one airing of BBBDay! in late December of 2015 (either on the CW or Cartoon Network, I couldn't tell because my dad was flipping through channels), there was no network logo in the corner.
It was probably CN's screenbug that disappeared.
There hasn’t been a 4.0 or Dimensional next bumper made for Cartoon Pop on CN LA/BR, so whenever the show airs it’s preceded by a 3.0 bump with Camp Lazlo characters. It doesn’t really count as a glitch though because this is a regular occurrence on the channel.
CN Latin America and Brazil are still using 3.0 bumpers for Team Hot Wheels.

Oh. Possibly because it was a holiday, and a marathon that was supposed to entertain kids stuck inside due to this snowstorm. Maybe a power failure due to the storm could have caused a glitch? (It did go through Atlanta at one point as a flash flood, where CN is headquarted, but I didn't learn about this storm until years after this incident as it didn't hit where I lived.)

Yesterday at 7 they aired a Gumball episode which is The Coach twice.
They also did this with the Teen Titans Go! episode "Caramel Apples" on August 22, 2018, likely as a result of them rarely airing "Serious Business" nowadays for some reason. A more bizzare variant happened on January 14, 2017, when the first part of "Two Parter" aired four times as two 30-minute blocks WITHOUT THE SECOND PART. And yes, both airings were back-to-back.

My TV guide messes up things all the time. For instance, some of the shows on kids' channels will often feature an image of the wrong show (for instance, a listing for Big City Greens showing an image of Tangled: The Series), and they constantly list the wrong episodes of shows at times. On one occasion, a Teen Titans Go! episode's info didn't make the guide until EIGHT MONTHS AFTER IT PREMIERED, with various other episode's info being used as placeholders instead of the generic description (which they do A LOT). Some of the Garfield and Friends listings on this provider also think that quickies are actually the main segments (example: Who remembers the wonderful episode "Clown Convention", where Binky the Clown goes to a clown convention? You don't because it was a Screaming With Binky segment, not an actual episode. And that isn't even how said quickie goes...)

And here's a really bizzare one I recently witnessed: On September 10, 2019, the 120th episode of Garfield and Friends, which was from Season 7, aired instead of episode 37, which was next to air. You might think this was due to a Care Bears: Unlock the Magic marathon airing the day prior to promote the show being previewed on the main Cartoon Network channel that day, but no, that's the actual order in the remastered version! I don't know if the recent Season 2 DVD maintains this error, as it's a Christmas present.

From what I can tell, that phenomenon is, or at least was, not exclusive to CN/Boomerang. I remember way back in 2002-2003, when GAF aired in its syndicated form on a local station, I would at least sometimes check an online television guide for episodes airing, and it included names for the Quickies (and I guess also the one Screaming with Binky segment that was part of the syndicated package).
