I havent really seen much of this show since I was young, but since it just hit Tubi a couple of months ago so I thought I'd check it out. I actually found it somewhat enjoyable. It's more simplistic and doesnt have the more lore-heavy feel of Transformers, but it's perfectly serviceable with some interesting differences from that show. For one, most of the villains are pretty much united, there's no real Starscream-type trying to take over the Renegades. Also, a lot of the character designs are much more distinctive and memorable, with more personality (even if they were based off of toys, a lot of them look nothing like the toys themselves outside of their alt modes). Of course, there are some negatives, the human allies (aside from Dr. Braxis, who's voice actor hams it up) dont add much, Scooter's voice is too irritating (sorry Frank Welker, but this was a miss), and the transformations are TOO toy-accurate.
