I thought the issue would be that Leela's ego would get out of control, but the concept that Rumbledy Hump is real is even better. That's one thing you give Futurama credit for over Family Guy, they don't do cliches.

So far this year's episodes are outshining last year's.

An interesting episode, and I'm glad that for once we weren't focusing on Bender, but enough with the modern pop-culture jokes already. They aren't funny now and they definitely won't be years from now.

I didn't really like this one (especially the ending..it just kinda...stopped) ,but there were a couple funny moments...

Leela's "imaginary" characters being real,and that she's just ripping of what they do to make her show...

her fourth wall breaking about series cancellation..

another use of "sweet zombie Jesus!"...

...Fry probably shouldn't know who Lady Gaga is,but then again,he has had some time to learn about pop culture during the last thousand years since being unfrozen....

It's possible that Fry heard the name somewhere and then researched it. The internet still exists in the 31st century. It's also possible that Fry met Gaga's head in a jar somewhere.

A lot of things concerning Futurama don't make sense, and the writers know they don't. The short answer is "Welcome to cartoons".

Definitely agree with the ending comment. To me, it felt as if the ending was building up to the revelation that nearly the entire episode was either a bad dream Leela was having or the actual story she was telling the orphans, only for the writers to leave out the reveal.

Could have had a better ending but other than that it was fairly decent. It was a good surprise to learn that the characters from Leela's show were real. My favorite line was when Leela commented on how every good show usually gets canceled sometimes even two or three times.

I thought I heard the voice of Lisa Simpson in this episode.
