Well it depends on the rarity and quality of the episodes.

If I still had a steady job, $15 would be chump change, but alas, I do not.

that's a good news, however seems then TurboNick isn't available for Canadians, I guess it might be for the same reasons why Toonami Jetstream is only for US viewers.

I know this isn't very noteworthy, since NN shows have appeared on iTunes before. But the interesting part about it is this is made by 4K!DS (Correct me if wrong).

No, the videos play on your computer[For the most part].

Download one episode of a random video podcast[They're all free] to make sure your computer is compatible with the format. Some computers[like mine] aren't compatible, so do that to make sure before you waste $30.
