It's likely Hulk will be gone, though, because the Agents of SMASH have to form.
I think we're still a ways off from the Agents of SMASH timeframe. Hulk here is still more Hulk than just Banner in a Hulk form, and is still a fair bit less mature than the guy we've got in Agents of SMASH. I guess Hulk does have to leave eventually to be on his own and then form the team, but I don't think we'll see it this season.

I've been very critical of the show's refusal to step outside the movies but like I said if it's utilizing different characters and not doing an exact rehash of the original story then i don't see the problem. As was said earlier "The team disbands and a new roster appears" is a storyline that's been done numerous times throughout the history of the franchise, as early as issue #16 (the issue where Iron Man, Thor, Wasp, and Ant-Man quit and were replaced by Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver).

While it won't be an exact rehash of the movie plot, I'm pretty sure that it will be similar to the movie plot. I also think that Ant-Man will make an appearance at the end of the 2nd AVENGERS movie and might join a new team of Avengers led by Cap, but that's pure speculation on my part.

I agree with Rory. The show is certainly taking cues form the films, but calling it a slave to the films is going a bit too far. Yes, the plot may be similar, but not nearly as identical as you seem to be saying they are.

Anyway, it's a moot point; we don't even know for sure that the Avengers will disband after this Thanos battle, and Age of Ultron may go a different direction than we think.

When I say that the show is "slave to the movies" I mean in regards to the plots being loosely based off of the plots of the movies (whether they be past or upcoming movies),repeating the same (or slightly similar) lines/jokes/scenes from the movies, and when it comes to deciding which Avengers members and villains will be used in the show (either as guest stars or as team members). This is why Namor hasn't been used in the series whenever they had a conflict with Atlantis (Namor's movie rights are with another movie studio). The show doesn't have to be identical to the movies to the letter in order to be a slave to them.

It would be more like how Falcon was brought into Assemble because he was showing up in Winter Soldier...and was very different from the Sam who actually showed up in that movie .

Though I am expecting Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will show up as new additions to the roster of the team after they "Disassemble" for whatever reason, maybe Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel and Vision as well, though hopefully looking more like they do in the comics and not with civvies like in Age of Ultron.

Yeah guys like was I said, this is what i wanted ,can just they add more character in the shows, maybe after or in the mid of thanos attack,
this would be awesome if quicksilver and scarlet witch and vision ,wasp and antman ,in the shows
more storyline about them
maybe after thanos impact they would be find a new villain like ultron, see how cool is that

Ehhh... I get the feeling they may not ever bother with explaining the relation between Avengers Assemble and Hulk A.O.S. The current Marvel shows just don't seem that vested in continuity. Remember when Jeph Loeb claimed Avengers Assemble was in the same continuity as Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes?

Personally, I don't even mind not having an explanation; I could live with just saying the two shows take place in alternate universes. But maybe they will explain it one day, who knows.

There's only one questions that remains:

Now that Thanos has the Infinity Gems, how will the Avengers stop the crisis?

The world as they know it is about to end! The battle will be anything but easy.

Maybe they find the Soul Stone and use it to defeat Thanos.

However they win, I just hope it is something less lame than "Thanos secretly wants to lose." I love the Infinity Gauntlet comic, but that part wasn't cool.

Preview for the mid-season finale.

You would think that Thanos would just pile on them with each stone simultaneously.....then again that would make it virtually impossible for the Avengers to win. Though I ain't asking too much out of it. :)

EDIT: Ok I noticed the second video just now. I guess the explanation they gave makes sense?

And that's also more or less how it happened in the book. He wanted to impress Death and felt completely curbstoping the Avengers with the Gauntlet would be too easy, so he agreed to fight them with only one Gem at a time to make it a challenge.

Thanos, for all his power, is still kinda off his nut. Hence his mad titan moniker.

Even though the writers kind of have to do that, I hope that isn't what happens in the live action Infinity Wars films. Seems kinda lazy...

this is not supposed to be like his real in the comic, he's too fast to beat
but the twist just wow
arsenal is the ultron
and now this is just too fast
but seeing his power is cool too
he did it to crush avengers down

I asked Stephen Wacker about this in response to the Ultron/EMH confusion being thrown around after "Thanos Triumphant"; to see if this really was the crew's intent, regardless of the inconsistencies.

How to fail upwards!

"Separate entity". Hmmm....That meaning can go a lot of different ways. Though I imagine it would be a whole lot easier for most people to believe it isn't.

It's pretty clear that both series are not in the same continuity. For a change Wacker didn't give his usual BS spin answer and pretty much ackowledge what most of us knewfrom the jump, that A:EMH and AA are 2 separate shows set in their own separate continuity.

It's official: I have now preordered GTA VI for PlayStation 5; the more expensive and feature-complete Ultimate Edition of the game, that is. I also intend to buy a PS5 Slim optical drive next month(?) in the hopes of maybe indirectly convincing SIE to reverse its controversial plans to go all-digital on all post–Jan 2028 PS console games, even though GTA VI is a digital-only game.
Happy anniversary to "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout".
Here's the Totally Spies' 25th anniversary music video:
