That's NOT official premiere date yet, that was just a prediction

Nickelodeon officially has the date. Warped will premiere on Thurs Jan 20 at 7:30PM.

First Danger Force, and now this Warped.

Wonder if Saturday night premieres is still a thing or dead?

I think Saturday night premieres will still be a thing. But what Nick needs to do is stop using the 9pm slot for premieres (which occasionally happens). Over the recent years, it has proven to be a death slot. Because of this, I hope next year KCAs air at 7pm and they can premiere a new show afterwards at 8:30pm instead of 9pm.

Funny if I recall, back in 2017 Nick did announce Henry Danger theatrical movie, and then later ended up cancelled due to corporate changes and/or structural changes lately. Now it looks like it's official, it would later on be original paramount plus movie
