Nice! thanks!

If WB ever wanted to do a JL animated series in the future, I wish it will be the first 7 years of the JL in this universe by Greg and co.
You're welcome.

I'd welcome it, only if were part of a DC Nation network (that had no connection at all to CN).

EDIT: 1/7

Thought this answer on Ask Greg was interesting to mention and think on a little:
Q: Did members of the All-Star Squadron have actual military ranks?

A: Some did and some didn't. (Simply being in the Squadron didn't grant them a military position, if that's what you're asking.)
Anyone recall any characters in the All-Star Squadron from the comics who had ranks? I found Captain Triumph, Judomaster, and Commander Steel so far.

EDIT: 1/10

Greg Weisman participated in a Google Plus chat on "Life after Young Justice" clocking in a little over 2 hours long. Always great to hear Weisman elaborate on some questions like why Aqualad was the leader or crafting Lagoon Boy. But he did actually reveal some new things like
  1. The Earth-16 timeline is 283 pages total (I think previously he said it was 250)
  2. At the start of the series, there were 3-4 characters they couldn't use. 2 of which were the two Wonder Girls.
  3. The Zatanna arc they didn't get to do in season 2 and folded over into the time skip was a follow up on her season 1 story with Zatara and Dr. Fate
  4. They definitely had plans for Stephanie Brown
  5. They talked a lot about bringing in Onyx. I believe this solves a hint Jerome Moore gave back on March 10, 2013 - season three would have included new additions to the cast including a character of his creation. Moore was a co-creator of Onyx with Joey Cavalieri back in 1985. Onyx is ex-League of Assassins turned hero and member of the extended Bat-Family. EDIT: Moore confirms.
  6. I didn't realize it or maybe forgot, but that was Kevin Michael Richardson doing vocals for the Hello Megan! theme song
  7. A rejected story for "Downtime" was the story that was later used for Issue #14 and 15 with Ocean-Master and the Purists.

Thanks for the info. Going to have to check that out.

(OK, you can make a new post now)

Forgot to add there will be another YJ panel and meet up. It will be on February 15 at the Gallifrey One convention in LA. It was just approved on Friday morning so more details to come.

Onyx, damn they really wanted to go in pretty deep, though it makes sense with one of her creators as a major person on the show.

Here's the updated information for the YJ panel at Gallifrey One
Young Justice is coming to Gallifrey One!

Gallifrey One, the Doctor Who convention in Los Angeles, will be hosting a pretty impressive Young Justice panel followed by a casual Young Justice meet-up afterward.

On Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 5pm is the YJ panel, featuring (in alphabetical order) an even dozen members from cast and crew:
1. Cameron Bowen - Voice of Robin (Tim Drake)
2. Kris Carter - Composer
3. Christopher Jones - Comic Book Artist
4. Stephanie Lemelin - Voice of Artemis
5. Eric Lopez - Voice of Blue Beetle
6. Vanessa Marshall - Voice of Black Canary
7. Michael McQuistion - Composer
8. Lolita Ritmanis - Composer
9. Andrew Robinson - Writer
10. Brent Spiner - Voice of the Joker
11. Jason Spisak - Voice of Kid Flash
12. Greg Weisman - Producer

After the panel, at approximately 6pm, we'll be having a casual YJ meet-up for photos and autographs in the lobby. I'm told that Gallifrey One is already sold out, but you don't need a badge for this informal post-panel get together. Not all the guests will be able to stay for it, but I guarantee a bunch of us will. (Chris Jones and myself, at a minimum.)

I'm a bit lost right now, when i first saw the episode "Downtime" and saw the character Orm, i, admittedly, didn't know what to expect of him. I saw a seemingly kind-hearted character, but the names Orm and Ocean-Master were just synonymous with villainy to me, after watching this character's antagonistic portrayal in Justice League and Batman: TBATB. However, when i heard that it was never confirmed within the show that Orm and Ocean-Master were one and the same, part of me kind of thought that the show wasn't going down that path. But recently, when i was going through Black Manta's profile on the YJ Wiki, I learned that Orm was indeed Ocean-Master and that bothered me.

This where i don't understand things, why does i bother me, as i said, i watched JL and B:TBATB, i saw their portrayals of Orm, why would i have thought for a second that Orm wasn't a villain? What's more, later on, when i learned about which of the spin-off comics confirmed that Orm was Ocean-Master, i found out that he attacked Queen Mera and that bothers me as well; it's bad enough that he attacked his own brother, but to attack his pregnant sister-in-law, that's just unforgivable. And again, it strikes me as odd that i think that way, especially since in JL, he actually tried to kill his nephew. What is wrong with me, why am i feeling this way?

A similar thing once happened to me with Teen Titans; i wanted to write a storyline where the character Blackfire reforms and joins her sister on the Titans, but i'm frequently shown instances where that is not likely to happen. I once said that Blackfire's bad but she's not heartless, but recent evidence shows that she likely is (I hate to be proven wrong).

Anyway, i guess my issues with YJ is still the same; i like the story that they're trying to tell, but certain parts of this show just give my overactive mind more than enough to have a field day and that bothers me

Greg has confirmed that two of the missing Authorized guest designations (of A-06 to A-09) belonged to Freddy Freeman and Mary Bromfield.

Search Ask Greg : Gargoyles : Station Eight
I just saw that, too. Mr. Weisman spread a lot of goodness today. I'm glad we got two more A's identified. He also revealed they had plans to use Ravager, kinda mused Tempest became a teacher at the Conservatory, and well confirmed they would have used Troia in the comic and show. Also going off what he said, I really would like to see Bourassa, Moore, Jones, and Vietti team up to design Troia, Lieutenant Marvel and Sergeant Marvel, too. We all would I think.

Yeah I pretty much figured they had plans for Ravager in the future the moment Deathstroke was introduced. I did not think Greg would want to waste the chance to do yet more evil dad stuff.

Mr. Weisman answered one of my questions yesterday. Most were to clarify things but it's good to see the mystery alien race that sent Tiamat to Earth figured into season 3, Ocean-Master was already out of the Light during Legacy, Blue Beetle/Kord debuted on November 1st Team Year One (as just a superhero not becoming a member of the JL), and we can cross out Dr. Sandsmark as an Authorized Guest (so two slots still a mystery but I guess one would be Garfield Logan).

Were we ever told who the Wildstorm character appearing in season 2 was?

I wish they'd bring thus show back, either as a DTV or a mini series. A third season probably would have been the last anyway so it would have been this to let them cap it off with the Darkseid storyline.

You know. I gave up on the idea of a DTV because I was under the impression all DTV money went to the DC Universe line who wouldn't pick up any of the animated series. But then for a Target toy tie-in, there's get money and JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time got made. I recognize there's obviously more to it that DTV's creation than the public will ever know that but a part of me still thought, "Augh, there could have been a DTV then..." As a cap off, I'm not too sure Mr. Weisman would ever do that. He seems to have taken the 'the adventure continues' route with YJ if "Endgame" is any indication. I would much rather see them get a run on DC's digital comic line. If there's an audience for Batman Beyond, there should be one for Young Justice.

Toy money is a powerful thing. STAS got episodes made to promote a toy wave that never even made it to retail.

I can't understand why people consider Miss Martian's "Hello, Megan!", Beast Boy's "Noted", or Lagoon Boy's "Neptune's Beard!" the worst catchphrases ever. If you ask me, Link's "Well, excuse me, princess!" deserves the "Worst Catchphrase" award.

Anyone have any theories or candidates about the hidden Wildstorm character in season one? I'm heading into the last 7 and got nothing. I admit I am fuzzy on the characters because it's been awhile since I read. But I'm sort of working the theory it's a Greg Weisman-penned episode and since there was that one crossover where Captain Atom is stranded, could be a principal character from that.

This is the YJ time line I gathered so far. It's a timeline where they first appeared in public and when they joined The League or The Team.

If anyone can fill in some blanks it would be appreciated.

I began with the modern age of the Supers, if anyone can fill in before that like the 40s Supers would be welcome.

Year 1: Superman appeared as the first modern Super from Metropolis

Year 2: The Batman appears as the mysterious and feared Super of Gotham City

Year 3: The Earths Supers unite to form the Justice League which consists of Superman, The Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and The Martian Manhunter.

Year 4: Green Arrow, Hawkman, and Hawkwoman joins the JL

Year 5: Robin became the apprentice of The Batman

Year 6:

Year 7: Speedy became the ward of Green Arrow but then replaced by Cadmus clone

Year 8:

Year 9: Zatarra, Captain Atom, Black Canary, John Stewart, Captain Marvel, and Red Tornado joins the JL

Year 10: Junior Supers unite to form The Team which consists of Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Ms. Martian, and Artemis. Later joined by Zatanna and Rocket. Dr. Fate possessed Zatarra and joined the JL along with The Atom, Plasticman, Icon, and Red Arrow.

Year 11:

Year 12:

Year 13:

Year 14:

Year 15: Invasion of aliens occurred, Impulse from the future joins The Team, Original Speedy was found and became Arsenal who joins the Team, Kid Flash dies. Artemis becomes Tigress.

if anyone can fill in the years when the other Supers like WW, Canary, etc. became public or when the other Junior or Top Supers joined the League or the Team would be good.

Thank you, Romania, we thought the film will never see the light of day here. Still, why are you waiting some more and launching the film days later than in good ol America?

Today marks the 5th Year Anniversary of the HD Version of Skyward Sword. I appreciated how the HD Version of the game included quality of life improvements such as the option to use button controls.
You know at this point we really need to admit it is never coming home.
