Yeah Orange certainly isn't doing Gumball any favors but I'm sure they'll both tick up once viewers get used to the change. Although I don't see CN switching Johnny Test and Orange to an 8:30 lead-out slot because then it'd affect Adult Swim's start.

As for Ben 10, I don't think we'll be seeing any new episodes until the fall at the earliest. Considering CN ordered 60 episodes for the series and they've already blown through 30 of them I think it's smart for them to wait on airing new episodes. That being said, they could always order more episodes.

But yeah CN could definitely use another hit at the moment but if Chima doesn't work out I'm sure they'll just order another Lego series (a Lego DC Super Heroes show?)

Also, keep in mind that press releases are designed to make a show look good even if it really didn't do all that hot. But you're correct, even if the total viewers are down that doesn't necessarily mean that the demos were down.

That rerun of Incredible Crew got 1.079 million. While it's not good, it's still slightly better than Cartoon Planet's premiere; which got 1.011 million. Heck, a few animated shows got low ratings, like Annoying Orange and Almost Naked Animals, but I don't see you bad-mouthing them.

I understand that you don't like Incredible Crew (I don't mind it, honestly), but it's not like Cartoon Planet is doing any better.

But Cartoon Planet is (mostly) unadvertised and basically all reruns in a repackaged format. It's costing CN little to nothing to produce vs the money dumped into that live-action trash, so in that sense, it trounced Crew.

The animated shows you mentioned are stinking garbage, but again CN probably pays little to run them. Orange isn't really high-budget and Animals is yet more crap from Canada, so it's just a minor payout to air it.

Cool! The first ratings of Cartoon Planet on Thursdays... Geeze. I wonder what Tom and Jerry Tales got before it? That show can sometimes get as high as 1.5 mil, so I wonder if CP loses viewers from Tom and Jerry, or T&M just performed low....

Grojband's ratings have stabilized, and it's not too bad. Teen Titan's GO and Gumball had similar ratings, and both shows have poor performing lead-ins. Despite that, TTGO and Gumball are strong ratings performers. Once again, Pokemon is the highest rated anime of the morning. And Regular Show edged out Adventure Time this week.

Gumball and Teen Titans Go! are still having below par premieres, yet their reruns seem to be doing decent. Despite a below average week, MAD is going up and was the third most viewed show of the week. That's a real improvement from previous weeks.

(IC now only airs Thursday at 8pm, where it was abandoned by Annoying Orange and left to fend for itself.) So I doubt CN considers Incredible Crew a success when it barely beats a block of reruns that uses a cheap-to-produce framing device. Incredible Crew is definitely in trouble right now, despite all the chances it was given by CN.

That's great for us then! CN seems to getting back into the animation game fulltime with what's been going on lately. Nothing apparent but these thigs do inspire some positive foreboding.

If everything goes the way we want to then IC will be kissing its television run goodbye! CN is one step away from being an animation network once more (barring [adult swim]'s lineup). When IC is gone, hopefully sooner than later, then we'll have to see what happens next!

I noticed the ratings haven't been posted yet so I got them.

MAD is going up and is a decent surprise. It was one of the highest airings of the week.

Excellent premieres for Adventure Time and Regular Show that Monday. Both shows got to around 2 and a half million.

Gumball and Teen Titans Go! are improving week to week. It seems as if what ever they don't do in premieres they make up in reruns.

There are several notice mentions in reruns. A late morning Adventure Time rerun topped 2.232 Million. The highest Regular Show rerun scored 2.153 Million. In general, hey had a lot of good reruns that week.

Outside their regular comedies everything else seems somewhat below par, except for Total Drama Island and Tom and Jerry Tales reruns.

Now that's more like it! Teen Titans Go! and The Amazing World of Gumball are picking up steam again. Plus a surprise spike in ratings for MAD. It did even better than TTG! and TAWOG. Dang. Adventure Time and Regular Show are still doing great I see; even in reruns.

Throwing recent, currently airing shows like Annoying Orange and MAD on the block certainly didn't help it, I can say that much.
