According to MeTV Toons Facebook Page, they are now on Spectrum Cable in New York City and in Fairfield and Newtown, Connecticut. Log into Facebook

They own the station there so it was really up to them to get it on there and did it.

Actually MeTV Toons has 73 and not 74 out of 75 episodes of The Jetsons.

Considering the channel started on a Tuesday and The Jetsons started its second cycle on a Friday.

I don't know about where you got info from.

Frndly TV reported that MeTV Toons aired all of 75 episodes, according to my DVR and MeTV only aired 1960s The Jetsons that have 24 episodes.

You probably missed few episodes or just other source messed up with episode list. There is no foul with MeTV Toons, also I don't take missing episodes lightly and had to look and try to find about what is wrong.

I was scared Me TV was getting rid of Cartoons. Phew! Just a new host for a day!

MeTV has no plan to abandon the cartoons, so they just made MeTV TV as only home for The Flintstones and The Jetsons, that it. Theatrical shorts continue to air on MeTV 3 hours on Saturday and 1 hour on Mon to Fri.

MeTV want more room for sitcom shows on Sunday.

I guess we'll have to wait till January about the schedule change for MeTV Toons.

It is likely to see some lineup changes in November and December because of holiday special like MeTV did for years, but MeTV+ wouldn't have any holiday special because they never aired since first aired in 2021.

I wonder what they plan on doing for Christmas. Maybe some of those iconic Hanna-Barbera holiday specials? As nice as it would be to get Charlie Brown, I don't really think Apple would be willing to fork them over to Weigel. Even when they were given to PBS, they STILL ended up taking the rights away from them after only a year or two.

To acquire Peanuts, Weigel would have to negotiate with Apple because Wildbrain enabled Apple to make a deal with linear TV if they want, and it seems like longshot because Apple isn't too keen to allow linear TV to have Peanuts.

We have to wait until streaming rights with Peanuts expire, so Apple could renew or revert to Wildbrain, also if renewal, Wildbrain could demand Apple to make a deal with linear TV like they did with require free access for few days. I don't know about when streaming rights expire.

Isn't it crazy that MeTV Toons has aired about 800 Warner Bros. cartoons?

That is much better than ABC, CBS, The WB, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon.

Nickelodeon is probably 2nd after MeTV/MeTV Toons.

There is plus - Weigel don't edit Looney Tunes shorts, exception of nudity, also there are possible edits made by WB that is outside of Weigel's control.

Cable companies have difficulty adding diginets

It is very slow start with new digital subchannel and it take months to year to see on cable.

If not available for long time, so it is either - local TV stations are blame or local cable don't want to add it.

I'm still waiting for Verzion Fios cable to get MeTV Toons soon.

Based on @powergate92's post, you are likely to see it sooner if Spectrum in NY got it. You have to call Verizon and keep pressure on them to add MeTV Toons.

They're still airing promos for The Real Ghostbusters, Police Academy, and The Mask which advertise their Saturday evening time slots, of which they've been replaced with 2 hours of Super Friends (also replacing the Saturday evening slot of Peter Potamus, where that time slot is no longer advertised).

Would make sense for them to instead advertise the late weeknight and/or the late Saturday night time slots, since "Known Strings Attached" and "Totally Animated 80s" are the only times shows from late nights are promoted.

I'm also seeing ads for The Smurfs still which has basically been removed from the schedule entirely; with its weekday slot being replaced with Casper and Company and the weekend slot being replaced by the Spooktacular Sunday marathons.

I checked the Frndly TV DVR and noticed only 162 episodes out of 256 episodes of The Smurfs aired on MeTV Toons from June 25 until before schedule changed on Oct 7, also not sure if Weigel or WBD bundle two episodes into one hour episode.

It's very likely that The Smurfs will return in November. You know, once Halloween is over and all.

Often, MeTV sees lineup changes in January/February and September/October, so sometime, May/June.

As for holiday, they change temporarily on July 4, also Halloween, Thanksgivings and Christmas.

Looks like MeTV Toons is starting Christmas Specials in November with 4 hours of multiple Flintstones Christmas Specials on Saturday November 2. Also Flintstones Kids and A Pup Name Scooby Doo return to the Sunday lineup on November 3.

There is question for you - how many digital subchannels that Verizon FiOS carry in your area? Laff? Bounce? MeTV (local, not national)? H&I? Start TV? Comet? Charge!? GetTV? Cozi? Catchy Comedy? Dabl? etc?

That help to determine about how motivation is Verizon to add digital subchannels.

Took them long enough, I'm surprised they didn't take over one of the two Cozi subchannels on WDIV, which also already has regular Me TV.

You need to make more specific like location and FiOS carry MeTV Toons is in NYC market.

That is retransmission version of local TV station (WJLP).
