Why? They have the rights, it has the potential. Case is still open, plus I can't find this alleged blog.I recall DeMarco shot down a suggestion for SWAT Kats a while back on his blog.

Anonymous Asked: What do you guys think of a growing number of people wanting Swat Kats on the block?
We think those people will be sadly disappointed.
Besides, didn't they say anything older than Bebop that's not DBZ-level is a no-go?Some other Cartoon Network stuff became unavailable though. SWAT Kats and other stuff from awhile ago is probably either getting on Boomerang or nowhere.
I... thought Kim Manning gets the final say. Also onto another Mister. Mister Mayhem, where did you get that the Toonami crew no longer calls the shots? I think it was very clear from the beginning that they called the shots and that any change in the lineup was up to them, sure the Schedule got a lot shorter and the major CN/Adult Swim execs had a say in that but they still let the Toonami Crew do what they want with the actual Show Lineup. For better or worse, Jason De Marco has the final say on what goes and what doesnt, unless the higher ups just decide to kill Toonami. One Piece Repeats were a failed experiment, but one that was NEVER tied to Toonami from the get go. It was the higher ups throwing an olive branch to fans. Which makes me feel that they wanted to reassure the fans that anime wasnt in any trouble.
You REALLY sure about that? There's people out there willing to trash the Looney Tunes, so it's more entirely possible that the Toonami crew wouldn't like SWAT Kats. It doesn't fall under "show that already airs on kids hours/networks". Besides, if they really wanted to air it, they'd have done so during the CN era.I doubt they disliked Swat Kats.

Toonami Asia is adopting an all-anime block.

The channel largely focuses on Western animation, and even though they have the occasional anime on their lineup, they never thought about lumping them together...till now.
The description of that video says they're airing Kai, despite the fact that the video leads a person to believe they're airing the original.I'm jealous of the Yokai Watch, but everything else on there is meh. Also, are they really running the original DBZ over Kai? Is it uncut/remastered?
Actually, they've aired both. I doubt they can air them uncut, considering they censor the heck out of Adventure Time, Regular Show and even Gumball on CN Asia. The description of that video says they're airing Kai, despite the fact that the video leads a person to believe they're airing the original.
